    On Tuesday, 10-1-24, the trash trucks stopped in front of our home and compacted the trash, which caused trash and ****** juice to be dumped all over the street in front of our home. In addition to the ungodly stench and unsanitary nature, there were smashed batteries, smashed beer bottles (we don't drink beer) and other trash all over the road. I had to clean up the mess and power wash the street; I called and left a message for Sunrise, but they never called me back. It just happened AGAIN this morning (10-4-24) and the street is a disgusting mess again. I have videos and screenshots for all of this, but they are too big to attach to this complaint. I want my service cancelled ASAP and I want the $120.00 I just paid for the next three months of service refunded ASAP. (I called this morning and left two messages and sent an email, but do not expect to hear back from them.)

    I paid for trash service through the end of May 2024 as they require that you prepay (paid February 28, 2024). I sold my home on April 1, 2024 and have requested a refund for unused trash service and the return of the rented receptacle. I have called the office, cell number listed on the website and sent text messages multiple times (5) and they never return your call or even acknowledge request. I am owed $70.00, which isn't much, but I have not received the services and should be refunded.

    Since Christmas ive had cardboard that they refuse to pick up. And everytime I have an extra trash bag i put it on top of the trash just so the guy riding on the back of the trash truck can throw it on the ground. From the time it took him to throw thrash in my yard he could have simply tossed it in the back of truck. Im not going to drive 40 mins to the nearest trash dump when i pay these lazy people to do their jobs. *** called and asked them to come back and pick up the remaining trash and all they offered was i pay them more money for an extra bin. I dont need an extra bin for 1 or 2 bags of trash. They can simply do their jobs.

    The company requires you to repay for trash service, but they don't pick up, and miss days. You can't reach them on the phone, they don't return calls. I messaged on messenger got ahold of someone then they blocked me so I couldn't contact them. They are taking peoples money and not providing the service they agree to in the contract.

    I paid for trash and recycling service through the end of January 2024 as they require that you prepay (payment for quarter was due by 11/01/2023). I found out that I was being transferred with the military and ended trash service on December 13th, 2023. We paid **** quarterly and I should have been prorated at least *** back. I requested a refund at least six times and my requests were all ignored.

    Non responsive to contact attempts. When I do get someone they do not follow through. We used them for many years but our POA contracted with another company so then we had to cancel our service with them. They have promised to come retrieve their bins many times but never do. There are several neighbors in the same boat

    I am reaching out on behalf of *** **** ****** ** ********* **. We had utilized Sunrise Sanitation for our trash service at * ***** *** ********* ** *****. As church treasurer, I had paid sunrise sanitation there quarterly, pre-service fee of $140 for the months of February, March, and April. Our church started the process of selling our building within the month of February so we canceled our services by phone call and was told that once the trash bin was picked up they would finalize all things on her account. One trash pickup was rendered for us which should be taken note of within their records. Otherwise we should have a credit on our account. I have been calling and leaving several messages with the company to try and resolve the account discrepancy since late February and I have been unable to make any contact. They do not have a physical address, only a PO box for mailing so I am unable to make any physical contact with them either.

    I paid for services for trash removal 4 weeks ago. Since that payment, my trash bin has only been emptied one time, the first service, for the weekly service. I have communication documentation by email and spoke with a representative on October 27th, regarding this matter. Since my phone conversation, I cannot get anyone to answer my VMs, emails, contact through their website, or FB messenger. My trash bin now has 3 weeks of garbage that has not been picked up. My trash bin has always been placed the evening before service is to be made.

    My husband and I decided to switch to Sunrise Sanitation because our previous waste management company did not offer trash pick up twice a week. After switching, Sunrise Sanitation missed several scheduled pick-ups. We have reached out several times to ask about getting a refund, as the service we were paying for wasn't being provided. Now that they have not come to get our trash again, we are trying to reach out to cancel the service. Because they won't answer, we had to call our bank and have them investigate the charges from this company. It's completely unprofessional and a waste of our time as working citizens. We have still yet to hear back from this company via email or phone call.
