    Sunrise gladly takes your money for a service they don't provide. I've paid for recyclables to be picked up but nobody ever does. They don't return calls or answer their calls. If you just need trash pickup I have no complaints about them for this service but don't pay for recycling service. I have switched companies for this reason.

    DO NOT use this company!! They have STOLEN money from me. Ive showed them multiple times the issue with nothing resolved. i have emailed and called for over a MONTH with no answer. They probably recognize my number so they wont answer. I would give ZERO stars if allowed.

    Last 6 months of service has gone downhill. Pay for service 2x a week and that does not happen. tried countless times to reach customer service to no avail. just paid for the next 90 days service in August which was a mistake. I will be seeking legal help and another company. No longer the great company of a few yrs ago

    Absolutely abominable service. Weekly garbage pickup gets missed at least once every six weeks. Recycling rarely gets picked up. No one answers the phone and no one returns messages left on voice mail. Emails seem to go into the same abyss as voice mails. Today's failure has led me to take my business elsewhere. Just an FYI, in case the business's managers read these reviews; taking money for promised services and not delivering is THEFT. Keep in mind this obvious lack of moral compass if you are considering using this vendor. I would leave a zero star review if possible both gor poor delivery of service and lack of customer contact availability/willingness.
