      Comporium email doesn't work on Outlook 365. Comporium can't provide assistance with it. It asked me to contact Outlook. It is disappointing that hundreds of Comporium customers have to call Outlook individually rather than Comporium find a solution and help its customers.

      Cancelled service as we moved out of the area on 11/3 and dropped off the modem to close the account. Asked at the store for a final bill for any partial service from 10/23-11/3 and they said they couldn't print one, it would come automatically by email. We got an email for a full months service and called comporium. They told us they no longer give pro-rated bill as of October and even told us they cancelled service on 11/7/23, not sure why not on 11/3/23, yet they still charge us for service we didn't have. They flat out are crooks is what i can say online publicly, privately i'd say more negatives. i'd leave 0 stars but can't.

      This company Comporium has no idea the impact that they have on the community when they consider not talking or responding back to the businesses that have no other choice but them for services. They rather penalize their customers who find outsourcing for services that they dont offer. Just imagine Comporium the day of reckoning when no person within the scope of your services have to choose you anymore. I have been with you over twenty years and I have ported my phone numbers over because use dont offer my company the services so you penalize me with three pages of false charges. There was absolutely NO mention in the process that if I were to port the numbers that you would charge me 3k for doing so. No mention that it would be better to keep one on two lines to keep this fee from being charged. You only expect me to think that the 3 pages of charges to the same number is also a reason that you got the bill right. I have no return calls or emails reflecting a conversation took place between us because of your fraudulent sent me a bill with no explanation of how you came up with this amount. I dont think that there is one business in the surrounding areas that you service would take this line action if they were treated fairly. Treat your businesses that depend on like you would want to be treated and you will get less negative reviews. I will never be able to trust that you have the integrity to say that you did everything right by my business based on killing my business with threats instead solutions. May the souls of the founders of this company have a reason to remain proud. I have never been so disappointed in an endeavor than I have been with you Comporium Poor Communication.

      A genuinely horrible company, for the last 5 years we have been paying $79.99 a month for sub 2 megabyte download and sub 500 kilobyte upload speeds, the service is terribly inconsistent, and in our area they have a monopoly set up, no other provider can come in and compete with them to give them any reason to make their service better. Ping goes from 60 consistent to a staggering 2200+ for 10 minutes to an hour sometimes. It has *ALWAYS* been like this, never better, ever.

      The most unreliable and weak service. I can't get through a week without the service going down. How I wish there was something else I could get. you want something other than citcom.... be carefull of what you wish for!!! This SUCKS!!!!!!

      Comporium is a racket and should be investigated. The internet is terrible yet they tell you to upgrade the day after you've just upgraded.

      The worst internet provider ever. Hardly no internet speed at 11:05pm!!! Truly a company that only cares about themselves they and not about their customers. They do not allow any other companies to come in to their area.

      One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. My apt complex pays the internet bill. They just started doing this last year when Comporium went streaming. We were getting the local Chanels for free u til they shut them off a few months ago. I went down to the local ********, ** store to see how I could get those channels back. I was told that I would have to sign up for basic cable. ***** ~plea fees or around 22 bucks. I signed up. About 5 e weeks later a get a bill for 103 dollars. I figured there must be a mistake so I chatted with an agent. I was told that the fees and tax were about 35 dollars a month. Comporium is the most feckless, smug scumbag company Ive ever dealt with. They simply do not care for their customers. Why should they when they have a monopoly in ******** **. You cannot get another non satellite company in *********. It really *****. They have no competition. They can do what ever that want without fear of being undercut by a more reputable company. No competition means no customer service. And the people they have are the worst. Poor attitudes and it seems like that enjoy s******* everyone over. Well see how they hold up when ***************** launches his new internet satellite company he will have **** low of it satellites that will be impervious to the weather issues of existing satellite companies. I hope they go belly up.

      Hard to believe you cant watch a movie while streaming with Comporium without buffering. My wife teaches college online, no one in the household can be online at this time. Its time for all your customers to have the same internet quality that is available in the city limits,

      Horrible internet service in *******. customer service agents care nothing about you . Canceling service asap.
