      They are thief's! They have shady business practices! They sent me a bill for over $1,000.00 for 1 month of service for my landline. There wasn't but 3 numbers called. 1. My husband's 2. Mine and 3. My daughter's boyfriend....all 3 are within a 10 mile radius however according to comporium they was long distance....I have reached out to company with first representative having an attitude and I requested to speak to her supervisor. After a few days her supervisor finally reached out with promises of researching issue further and was supposed to reach back out to me... Now it has been almost 3 months and still no word! They have s***** business practices and don't care about their customers!!!! They have my area monopolized. Excluding satellites they are the only existing company in my area who offer internet service. I have to have internet due to daughter having schooling online. This company is a Thief!!!! If you can go with another provider I would highly recommend!!!

      Well folks feels like the lifelong residents, low income and disabled are getting discriminated against by comporium on installing fiber internet . Where I live they have installed to the ones who have money yet have gotten the run around about getting it here everyone I have talked to gives me different answers I even had one tell me well just because it's been installed across from you doesn't mean you will get it . There is only one service line up here and I'm before them and it was also said that I may have to pay to get it installed and it could take months . They got the government ***** to install to disadvantaged families yet the rich get it first . There are 2 households here that have disabled residents and we feel discriminated against we should have had notification they were installing when they did the others up here but all we get is a run around . Under that ***** it's supposed to be installed at no cost .

      This company is a monopoly that needs to go out of business. We pay so much for their service and the internet stability is anything but stable. I am so SICK of my i ****** being dropped for random intervals of time and the cable bill is overkill expensive. I do not recommend them at all. In fact, I urge people to seek any alternatives they can of at all possible. They should be ashamed of their selves it is so horrible. We have e a business account too and it is still so unusual. What a disgrace. Sadly 0 stars is not an option as 1 star is too kind to this abominable establishment.

      I had no real complaints with Comporium until they would "stealth" raise the rates (the only notice would be if you happen to pay extra to get a paper copy of the bill or if you would access the bill online and scroll clear to the end). If finally decided to cancel and then they surprised me with the dirty dealing.First, their system would not let me cancel the "autopay" function. It looks like it is only a coding error, but I am not sure.Second, even though when I cancelled they told me my account was paid in full and there would be no further charges, they "accidentally" billed me after the account was cancelled! I figured it would be an easy fix, but I was wrong.Third, although they can automatically charge my credit card for my billing, their "policy" on refunds (even when they improperly billed after the account was charged) was that it can ONLY be done by them mailing me a paper check.Fourth, it usually takes TWO MONTHS to process the payment of a paper check! And, no, they will not pay interest on my money for that time.So they can take my money, hold it for two months, and then mail me a check. I do not think so. That sounds VERY dirty. I am disgusted.

      The only reason they're in business is that they have a monopoly. You can't go anywhere else and, when that time does come (& hopefully sooner rather than later) you'll see this outfit scramble to lower their rates and / or improve service. What a scam. Can't even use a different security service since to use Comporium's speed for minimal video door service with a competing security firm requires you to overpay. What a hick organization. Who in the government is getting paid off to keep this monopoly alive?!

      I have had comporium for over a year now. Since they have messed up my bill. Not followed though with any of my calls and they have dropped my internet twice. This company is horrible and I advise to go anywhere else. I haven't seen worse customer service. Even when I was in PA spectrum was better which says a lot.

      RUN FOR THE ****** The absolute worse company ever! Internet service was great when I moved to the area 2 years ago, months later the issues started and have been having issues since.Every single day I lose connection, its hard to work from home because I never can stay connected! Can we please get other options in this area!! Overpriced and the service sucks! Never get credits for continuous service outages, by the way had to give 1 star (not by choice) to leave a review

      I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to come fix my internet they said they came one day and we were not home but that is not true we have cameras and my dad was here tried to call and talk to the supervisor left messages and have yet to hear back and where we live this is the only internet we can get

      When it works, it's decent at best. But when it doesn't, which is far too often, there's no notice, horrendous customer service, and when you request someone to come out and see the modem itself, they simply don't. Show. Up. Honestly the only reason they seem to stay in business is because they offer their horrible service in areas that others don't.

      AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! NOTHING GOOD TO SAY! FROM GETTING AN ACTUAL PERSON ON LINE TO GETTING ANY REAL HELP ITS JUST BAD!! THEY BILLED ME FOR $6 LAST MONTH, WHICH I PAID EVEN THO IT WAS CLEARLY AN ERROR THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND CUT MY SERVICE, DOUBLE MY BILL AND CHARGE ME A $35 RECONNECT FEE!!! BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR!! THIS IS JUST MY MOST RECENT ISSUE DEF NOT MY ONLY!!! IF U CAN GET SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE....RUNNNNNN
