    Receiving a new shipment of PP always makes me happy! Blue Rose does a great job packaging and shipping my orders. Every purchase I made came as promised and when I had a problem with an early purchase, I discovered it was my PO's problem and not Blue Rose. It would be nice to have more open store events, as I live around three hours away. Thanks Blue Rose Pottery!

    My top reasons to shop here 99% exclusively: A great value for the money. Low free ship threshold. Reward points per purchase add up to even greater savings. (save those points up!) Very well packed for shipment. Frequent sales and other nice incentives. Lots of price points, manufactures, and pattern variety. Great communication once item is purchased, with follow up a few weeks later. Higher end Unikat patterns up to the Artistic Unikat pieces that are the exact same pieces as some other (higher end) site's items, but for a LOT less money here at Blue Rose. (Love that.)Things I wish were a bit better: Please add more photos of the items -inside- all around- with examples of like items sized together (All of one manufacture's shaped bowls from ramekins up through XL mixing bowls to SEE the size differences side by side.... to ***** sizes... to mug sizes... etc.) Measurements help, but not to visualize sizes. I had to check on other sites for those photos.It took me a while to figure out where 'all the patterns were' at first. (Unikat/ signature pieces) I had to click all the links... check all the manufactures.... (their Unikat pieces are on a list on the left hand of the ***********.)Seems every seller names a pattern something different. Hard to search that. I would like if there were photos of my 'save for later' items. Could we be able to 'heart' something and it get saved in a wish list area without going through adding to our cart first?I am a deal shopper and have found Blue Rose's website to have the BEST deals for Polish pottery... hands down. No live show 'sales', but great sale prices and solid service. ????????

    I paid $10 extra on **** for priority shipping but the item was shipped first class, NOT PRIORITY. Upon contacting the company they refused to refund the amount of overcharge because they claimed that first class and priority were the same thing. I even sent them photos of the shipping label and the item listing from ****. This could have been handled MUCH better and far more professionally. Very very disappointed in this customer service. Like dealing with WISH.
