    They dont have very good customer service, my package got lost with ***** I had so my **** to get a print out. And file a missing package with ***** Dont buy from them.

    **************,I've looked into your issue and read your correspondence with our customer service team. We shipped your order promptly, but it looks as if **** misrouted your package resulting in a delayed delivery. Unfortunately in cases like this we don't have a lot of control. **** won't ***** a claim if they see that the package is moving (and therefore is not lost), so the ************ are really to:1) Wait for the delayed delivery 2) Place a new order, either with us or a competitor and return or refuse delivery for the package once it does arrive (and we will refund your original order). I recognize that both of these options are inconvenient for you and I'm sorry about that. If you choose to place orders with us in the future, we do offer *** shipping as an alternative. My experience is that *** is more reliable (although considerably more expensive). Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
