    I brought my dog to TopGun Vet for his appointment at 4pm on Friday 11/01/24. We arrived a little before 4. An assistant took my dog to the back and I was told she swabbed his ears. About 15 minutes later, she took us to a room. At 5pm, I told another assistant that we had been waiting for an hour and she said she would tell the doctor. A few minutes later, she came in and took my dog to the back telling me they were going to wash out his ears. 45 minutes later, at 5:46, I told them to give me my dog. I was done. The doctor never examined my dog. At 5:49pm that night, my debit card was charged $135.00 without my knowledge. I did not give them my card. There was not anyone at the front desk when I left. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes without ever seeing a doctor but was charged for a small animal exam anyway. I only gave consent to ear washing and ear swabbing. I want $97 returned to me. I would also like a diagnosis, a treatment plan, and prescription medication for my dog. If they did enough to charge me $135 then they should be able to provide me with the information Im requesting. I would also like an explanation for charging my card without permission and an apology for making me wait for almost 2hours without giving me an option to leave.

    Owner was scheduled with her dog Giggs 11/1/24 at 4pm. Dr. ********** was the original case owner for the appointment but was called out to an equine emergency. Dr. ********** spoke with Dr. ********* about taking over this appointment. Dr. ********* already had an appointment but agreed to take the case. Owner was spoken to by two different vet assistants during her wait. An assistant came and took Giggs to the back treatment area where Dr. ********* preformed an exam on him. The assistant clean his ears and gave treatment as directed by Dr. ********** As Dr. ********* was going into the room to speak to the owner, the owner opened the exam room door and took Giggs out of her hands. She said she was leaving and walked out of the door before Dr. ********* could speak with her. The owner has kept a card on file and was charged the full amount of her invoice upon her departure. Owner then posted on the Nextdoor app about the interaction. Owner has not reached out directly to us to resolve the issue.
