    I ordered an above ground pool with all equipment and installation/grading on 7/21. I paid in full which I will never do again. I was told the pool would be installed some time between July 29th and August 5th. had no communication from them but nobody came. On August 7th someone came to grade our property, and then nothing. I reached out to Oasis multiple times and kept being told different dates, then the date woukd come in nobody would show up. On Aug 16th I was assured that the pool would be installed Tuesday August 20th. Again no word, but nobody showed up. I called on Wednesday August 21st and was told the pool would be installed first thing Friday morning Aug 23rd. The crew came that Friday afternoon, got partway done, and came back Saturday morning. The installer stated that the company had brought low quality sand with too many rocks, and the company would be paying for a more expensive foam system which would be installed yesterday 8/29. Again nobody came. I called Oasis and was told they had no idea what was going on. I bought a pool in July so that we could use it this summer. I am asking for a partial refund for the extremely little g delay and an expeditious project completion OR a full refund, removal of the pool, and regrading of my property.

    We are extremely sorry for the troubles you have had with the install process. We hope you will enjoy your beautiful new pool we installed & completed last week. We will always be here to help you with your pool. We are going to give you a $750 check for your troubles when you come in to get your start up chemicals & maintenance kit.
