    I would love to be leaving a great review, but sadly I can't. 14 months since we signed the contract and finally got everything semi-working, I mean it's not plumbed right (even after being done twice) but it works. That is really sad to say since we paid sooo much! It got ridiculous, us having to beg them to come out and just finish the project. When we signed the contract the very latest our pool & hot tub were to be done was end of January, yes we had rain but not enough to delay until October! So many times we called with no answer, so many unanswered texts, so many broken promises, so many times that someone was going to be there and waiting at home all day and no one showed up. Now I can say that the guys that did our concrete and the guys that did our stone around the hot tub really did great jobs! It is not worth all the headache, frustration and tears.

    Liner install was a terrible experience.
    Ordered the end of March. Installed late July… and it was the wrong liner! A $400 credit was said all that was approved by the manufacturer- no consideration at all from Oasis.
    Excuse after excuse.
    Empty promises just to appease.
    Until I followed up repeatedly did things ever begin to move forward. Otherwise, I was left in the dark.
    Scheduling, credibility, and follow up was terrible.
    After all that, the simple faceplate for the intake was not installed, (excuse: out of stock) so I got one from Amazon 2 days later and installed it myself.
    Buyer be ware. There’s too many other dealers around to risk engaging in shenanigans with this outfit.
