    I placed five orders with Creamtone between March and April of 2022 for a total of $682.97. Since then, I've only received one item (priced at $39). I had read online that the company owner was having health issues and had gotten behind on orders, and I was in no rush, so I let it be figuring the orders would eventually arrive. They never did. On July 25, 2022, I reached out to their support email asking on the status of these orders but received "bounce" email telling me the address didn't exist. I knew it was a small operation and had read good things online, so I let this go and figured the orders would eventually show up. On July 24, 2023, I found a new email address listed on their website, so I reached out there asking for order status. I received no reply. On August 1, 2023 I tried again, and still have not received a reply. At this point, I'm seeking a refund of $643.97 ($682.97 - $39 for the product that did ship). I'm reaching out for help as every way I've tried to contact this business has failed. If helpful, the order numbers are: 1***** ****** ****** ****** ***** and they were all paid through ****** (against a credit card).

    On December 4th 2022, I placed an online order for electric guitar parts, with Creamtone Vintage Designs, at www.creamtone.com. The amount I paid in advance, was $144.00. I received an email message confirming my order (*****), stating that the order should ship within 3 business days.

    As of this date and time, I have not received the order. Nor have I received any correspondence from the guy named Lonnie, who is said to be the business owner and manager.

    I have made numerous attempts to contact Lonnie by phone, email, through the web site, and Facebook messenger. He doesn’t answer his phone, has no voicemail system, and has ignored every electronic message I’ve sent.

    I no longer even have the guitar that I originally ordered the parts for, so I no longer need or want the items I ordered. I want a complete refund of my $144.00 that I paid for the items I ordered over six months ago.

    I ordered a set of knobs for my guitar June 20, 2022. I waited until September and called the owner Lonnie who checked and said my order was misplaced and was ready to go out on Monday. It was Friday when I called. I waited 2 weeks and received nothing. Tried to call back and his phone now goes straight to voicemail and his mailbox is full. Have read online that he ghosted everyone and no one is receiving their orders. Have tried to call once a week since October with no luck contacting him and he does not have email.

    I ordered a complete 1957-1959 Gibson Les Paul wiring harness with all of the extras for $258.99 in early April, 2022. I waited patiently for about one month and still haven’t received my order. I called the business and a guy named Lonnie answered and explained that they were trying to find the necessary parts and were sorry for being behind on the orders and assured me that they would have everything together and I would be receiving my order in a few weeks. He even linked me a tracking number with USPS. I have waited patiently as the months have passed and nothing to date from him. Over the course of these now 5 months total, I have constantly tried to reach out to him through email and calling him to no avail. Two days ago, out of curiosity, I tried to contact him again and decided to try the tracking number he sent me. It took me to USPS Tracking and it stated that my order was received and placed in a mail box on June 8, 2022 at the Simpsonville, SC facility. I immediately tried to contact him about this through e-mail and phone, still to no avail. Why would he mail my order to Simpsonville, SC when he has my order and my address for Gilbert, WV ? He took almost $259.00 dollars of my hard earned money and I want him to be accountable for it. He owes me and I expect him, no I demand him to give me a full refund. This is the most horrible and most disrespectful business i’ve ever dealt with. Something needs to be done to shut this business down so he doesn’t have the opportunity to fraud any more innocent people.
