    I placed an order over the website on April 6, 2022. On April 12, 2022, I received an email that the order was underway and giving me a shipping label and tracking number. After that... nothing. I finally called after a few months to speak with the owner/proprietor, and he informed me that he had "difficulty obtaining the necessary materials" but would "get the order prepared and shipped as soon as he got another shipment of the material." Well, it's now July 20, 2023, and I still have no pickguard. Further, regardless of materials, it seems like this is a common outcome for many, many people who have placed orders (reviews here and on forums are plentiful and overwhelmingly negative). For at least a year, new orders could still be placed on the website. Thankfully, at some point he has marked his entire inventory as "sold out" and at least no one else is sending money his way.

    Ordered a truss rod cover for 40 bucks. Two weeks later nothing and he will not respond to my emails. What a scum bag piece of garbage. There's nothing worse than someone that steals hard working people's money! Hopefully this guy gets what he has coming to him.

    Scammed me out of $75.00. "Order received, will ship in 2-3 days" then nothing. Email bounced back, useless phone numbers...just a scam artist.

    This business has not responded to a single message from their online “chat with us”, never answered my emails, ******** messages, or phone calls. The phone number on the website does not work. There is no way of getting a refund from this guy, Lonnie from Cream Tone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! There are several people on ******** sharing their stories of stolen money and no product from two years ago… I wish I knew this before I purchased anything from this thief.
    This deserves 100 minus stars. It makes you add one.

    Ordered a wiring harness and poker chip for my Les Paul in March, 2021. The parts have never arrived. Talked with Lonnie (the owner) several times to rectify the situation, but now you can’t get ahold of him. Email and phone not working. Out $240. Don’t bother ordering parts. You’ll never get them.

    These guys are awful with communication. I ordered two simple truss rod covers and it’s been two weeks and they haven’t even shipped and they won’t answer any emails or phone calls. Do not order from these guys. They’re full of **** and basically stole

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$. I ordered a Gibson wiring harness from this company about a year ago and everything went smoothly. Spoke with Lonnie and received my order within a week. Second time has been a completely different story. I ordered a Tele wiring harness from him on Feb 22, 2023, received the confirmation number and shipping label notification and then nothing. He ghosted me. He won’t respond. I filed a dispute with CC company. I like to support small businesses, but not when you take my money and run. That’s called stealing.
