      On or about 8/27/22, I met two salesman from Core Pest Solutions at my house as they were going door to door to sale pest solutions to the families in neighborhood. During our conversation, the salesman expressed that he knew everyone in this area is renting, so in the event of moving the service would be cancelled without penalty. I let them know that we did need the service due to an area of trees being excavated causing pest to come towards our home. I paid the initial discounted service fee of 75 dollars and agreed to 54 dollars per month service charge. I expressed that we would be eventually be moving in the near future and wouldn't need the service at that point. The salesman assured me that the service could be cancelled at that time. I was never told that the full amount of the initial start fee would be realized if I were to do so. Additionally, we were only able to schedule services for the outside of the property and not the inside because of work schedules. My job ended, and I emailed them to ask if I could cancel my service and never received a response (2 emails), but was still charged the 54 dollar recurring fee. My wife called them to follow up on the email and to let them know we are moving from this property to another state. The representative told her they could could put everything on hold, and said we had to pay the full balance, which is not what I was told by the salesman. I was told that in the event of moving we could cancel without penalty. This is the only reason I agreed to the service. This morning, my wife realized our account was overdrawn due to Core Pest Solutions taking another 225 dollars, which they said was the balance of my account. When my wife called them, they said they would pause it additionally she was informing them she we no longer wanted the service due to the move; therefore removing authorization of ACH from my account. This really caused additional financial hardship that I cannot afford.
