    They failed to complete the annual inspection and check backyard termite stations in 2022. I have attempted to cancel service for this year 2023 since no service has been provided yet and they still bill me monthly. I did not renew my service for 2023 but continued to receive billing. I confirmed cancellation May 1st, 2023 and they were supposed to remove the termite stations on May 12th with no time provided. They failed to show. We waisted a day at the house for nothing. This has been the issue with their service in general. They still have not attempted to retrieve the termite stations or reschedule. They have horrible communication and poor service. A cable service company with a 5 hr schedule window has better service. I would not recommend them to anyone and will be sticking with small business who care.

Overall, you've had a negative experience with us and for that we apologize. As a family owned and operated business, this is certainly not how we want our customers to be serviced.
