    I love the builder series grade tankless water heater from Eccotemp, I've been using it for almost a year now and is doing very good with no problems. I got 15 of them in my store and right now I'm waiting for the smart home series electric which they said will come out by 2024. Thanks to my point of contact Joerem too for being very helpful by all means!

    EccoTemp is a terrible company to deal with. Buyer beware.
    I purchased a EZ flush kit from EccoTemp, it did not work straight out of the box. I have been trying to get this matter resolved for for approximately 3 months now, had to sent unit back to EccoTemp at my expense to be replaced. That was four weeks ago no confirmation that they received it. When contacted EccoTemp technician stated he can not confirm they had received the returned unit, claimed it was due from staffing shortages. Stated he would discuss this matter with his supervisor to resolve this matter, and get right back to me, that was five days ago, still waiting.

    Eccotemp is junk! I have never had an enjoyable shower, i spend the entire time adjusting the cold water as it constantly goes from ice cold to scolding hot. And when i say adjusting i mean by millemeters or i will get 3rd degree burns or arctic temperature waters. This company sucks, do not waste your money!!!

    Very bad service. E1 code is always present, eccotemp tell me to chek my gas line, the contractor come and replace some parts but e1 always present. Eccotemp send me flame sensor i replaced myself same issue, eccotemp send me temps sensor same issue now in the manuals eccotemp suggested to replace the board but eccotemp refused to send me i tell me to buy it…. Very bad compagny ever its a cheep Chinese heater without service. DONT BUY anything from

    Worst company I have even dealt with. My unit, since the first use, has fluctuating heat and the face plate is burning to a crisp. I am afraid that the unit with ignite and explode. I have been given the runaround for a year now. After countless emails, phone calls, and troubleshooting, no refund, nor replacement. Save yourself time and money and purchase from a real company with a long good track record with a great reputation, like Rinnai.

    Ordered a tankless and paid in full. The representative told me it would be delivered within a couple of weeks. One month later - still no tank, called. Representative stated the tank was now on backorder for another month. No calls to me, no updates, no emails. This is a poor company and people should be careful of these people. If I could put a Zero I would.

    Bought an EL5 installed it. it had an internal leak and would not stay lite. I had the unit ten days. requested a refund. Their policy said within 45 days it could be returned for any reason. For these reasons I wanted to return the unit. The company wanted me to take the unit apart to find the leak so it could be fixed. Since when is it the customers responsibility to fix a product that under warrantee? Over 10 times I have requested a phone because I have unreliable internet, and have been refused a call until I take the unit apart. I have been afraid I would void the warrantee if I messed things up. it has been over 4 months. and still no call. Never buy from Eccotemp!!!!!
