1 starToday (04/11/25) I went in for an oil change. I recently purchased the vehicle however we did inspect and have driven the vehicle with no problems. No leaks or anything. However it is time for an oil change, per the person I purchased vehicle from so I went to Jiffy Lube in Anderson SC for an oil change. While there no later than 10 minutes, one of the mechanics came and stated and admitted while trying to get a screw out they broke it and half was still in oil pan…however instead of fixing their error they sent me off with leaking oil and refuse to take accountability. I've been very happy with the Jiffy Lube at Rutherford road and Wade Hampton. They always take good care of my car and do the work efficiently. I especially appreciate their knowledgeability. They keep an eye on my records and they don't try to push me into expensive services.Jiffy Lube

We had wonderful care given when our *** cur off and we got to Jiffy Lube. We were on our way home from the Orthopedic Dr. My brother had taken us since I have a broken ankle. They checked our *** on the computer and we told them to fix the problems because we are from Kingstree and 60 miles away. We were given updates as they worked. Found a oil leak also beside the water hose had come loose and all the water and coolant had drain out. Thank goodness you have such a complete service department and great mechanics. I had to bring it back today Jan 29th since a part had to be ordered . They got it in yesterday but I was in too much pain and my husband exhausted so we had to rest.
We are here today for the fan motor to be fixed and the part put in with it.
It is wonderful to have service like we got and everyone has been nice. It is a clean place . I will be bringing my ********* back later for the to service it too.Jiffy Lube
