    i requested an assessment of staining on my pool in April 2024. A technician came out (without my knowledge) and sent an email saying it was goose poop. Owner later acknowledged it was not and recommended an acid wash. i paid for the assessment and the acid wash. The acid wash ruined my further and requires replacement. Owner has been mostly nonresponsive and lied telling me he was sick, postponing the job then acknowledging it is not something he can do (after partially draining my pool which has now become a haven for frogs, tadpoles, and mosquitos). Owner agreed (after i posted negative reviews) to have another company do replaster and he will pay but he post dated the check and is only paying for part of the work. I do not trust him to follow through on what remains to be done to restore my pool. The owner (Hosee Hameed) has ignored me, wasted my time off work by not showing when he said he or his techs would, and lied saying he was in the hospital when i called the office they said he was out in the field. i do not trust him to correctly complete or have completed the work. This is since April 2024. So far i have paid him almost $3000 and now i will have to pay more (nearly $7000 for tile work (which i did not need before he ruined my plaster). i am willing to pay for the tile but feel he should cover the portion of which i already paid him for faulty work.

    I have heard from another pool company that Mr Hameed provided them with a post dated check to cover some work in my pool . The check bounced.  
    my pool continues to be a source for frogs to multiple and creates a hazard due to soda city pools improper work
