      I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they say they switched from one system to another and then had to go back to an old system the lady was rudly persistent in trying to explain the mix-up that occurred on their end..I will never use their service again!!

      I would not recommend taking a loan out with them. They are going to keep taking your money. An add on more interest than what you owe. I’ve been paying them for the past 4 months and they keep adding intrest. I pay $100 every 2 weeks.

      Received a loan from them and very next day my bank account was scammed. Had to switch my whole bank. Then they added on over $500 as well and wouldn’t let my aunt pay on my behalf to get them out of my life. The interest rate is over $800 and even if you pay it back in a lump sum they’ll take another 200 PLUS. If you are desperate do NOT trust them with your information. They will scam you!

      I wish I could give this company negative stars. Customer service representatives are very rude and and very unprofessional. I have only one payment left of $91.90 but they are trying to get almost $300 from me.
      This company is very unethical and would tell anyone not to deal with them.

      Worst company ever! The customer service is rude and they always want to talk to your bank. My bank doesn’t babysit me and I’m not putting my bank on a phone call. The last time I called to speak to someone I couldn’t even hear over her dogs. The interest rate is so high there is no end in site. They prey on people.

      I have never encountered a mortgage company like Rushmore Servicing. I received a check from my insurance company for work on my house. I signed the check and sent the check to Rushmore. They told me the check was lost. I asked the insurance company to reissue the check. I called Rushmore to ask them the correct address to send the check to since the last one got lost. I was told not to send the check to Rushmore. I told them that it's required by State law that the mortgage company sign the check. They said they would call me the next day. They never called. It's been days. At this point I don't know what to do. If anyone has had problems with Rushmore Servicing, please complain so that this company can't take advantage of people. I'm dumbfounded. I called again and every number I called , I received a recording. No one answered the phone and the call hangs up after the recording. So, there is no one to tell you anything. Who do you report a company like this to? This is unbelievable. How can a company like this stay in business? I would not give them a 1, but there is no alternative.

      One minute sent a loan agreement, next I see my bank on the contract is wrong, called back and let them know, I had to go through a bank verification again
      Had me on the phone for Half an hour, just to tell me I've been denied. Over 500 bucks, definitely a wow factor. I wasn't that desperate anyways at 780%. Interest. These Indians are definitely scalpers. No pun intended. Should have eliminated all of them back when the white men took over,

      This company has hidden interest rates they wanted me to pay 798% interest on a 500-dollar loan. 3718 on a 500-dollar loan. This company is being sued right now because they falsified their business in order not to pay taxes under the Indian act. Do not use this company. ********************************* I wish there was a lesser rating than 1 star.
