      Good afternoon, 

      This customer applied for a loan with our company and unfortunately she was denied.  Her bank account isn't compatible with our bank.  We can assure the customer that this inquiry isn't showing on her credit report.  Her bank information has been deleted from our system.

      I emailed 605 lending on 12/4/2024 asking them to revoke my ACH authorization effective immediately, due to being unaware that i agreed to ACH authorization. Their rates are ridiculous and I was misled greatly when speaking to a representative. I will pay what i borrowed back, but nothing else. They need to stop calling me and my family. I am requesting cease and desist. This company is a joke. When i tried to send them an email (4 times) i got a message back that it was undeliverable. This company should be shut down.

      My name is **** ******, my complaint is for 605 Lending, in South Dakota, after taking out a $300.00 loan with 605 Lending, the months, and amount to be paid back, was not the amount that had been clearly offered to me. Instead, when sent the document to my Gmail, at that time. The document was deleted by accident, they will not send another copy to me, through my Gmail.

      I attached the customers contract and statement for reference.  The customer agreed to the terms of this contract we she signed up for the loan.  While we cannot waive her balance we can settle for the principal amount borrowed of $350 and waive the remaining $822.62 on the account.

      Turn my autopay off because they keep taking my money before I get paid and I’m paying an overdraft fee every two weeks because of them. On top of they want back $2,238.91 from a loan of $550.00 is just insane to me because those fees was definitely hidden

      My name is ****** and I am a manager with 605 Lending. 
      We received your BBB complaint and want to offer you some options to get the
      complaint and your account rectified. 

      In the complaint your referenced turning off the auto pay
      function.  This has been done per your request.  You also referenced
      $2,238.91 to pay your account in full.  The balance on your account as is
      stand today is only $666.82.  I can offer you payment arrangements on that
      amount and break the balance down into payment.  8 payments of $83.35
      would pay the account in full.  Is this something that would work for
      you? 

      We can also accept the $550 principal of the loan as a
      one-time payment to pay your account in full.  This settlement would close
      your account

      The interest will freeze on the account once arrangements
      are setup.   You can reach us at ###-###-#### extension # and just ask for the ******. 

      We look forward to speaking with you and getting this taken care of.

      I applied for a loan but that was before I knew that they aren't BBB Accredited but I need some money desperately

      I just sent them an email but still waiting to hear back from them. Maybe they haven't seen it yet or just don't care. I just want some extra money because I'm in the hole in my bank account even though I know I shouldn't take out another loan. I just want to hear back from them either way.

      I took out a loan with Rushmore Credit in late October or early November 2023. I have reached out to them to advise them that with my wife not working currently, I cannot pay the amount due plus all of the fees. I have paid them $698 and took a loan for $1000. On their website, it states I owe over $1800. I cannot pay this amount. I cannot pay anything at this point. If they could just have a little compassion for my situation I would be grateful.

      Good morning, 

      After reviewing or records our compliance team was unable to locate an account for Kenneth with our company or any of its affiliates.  ******* ***** does not have and has never had a loan with Rushmore Financial or 605 Lending.  In fact Rushmore Financial hasn't been funding new loans since 2020.  So the fact that the loan was funded in November of 2023 makes it impossible for this to have been funded by Rushmore Financial.  The complaint lists Rushmore Credit as the loan provider and this is a different company completely.

      I took out a small loan in January of this year but unfortunately the job I had didn’t work out so right now I don’t have any money to give the loan company back!

      I am closing on my house and numbers I've received are different numbers sent to the title company. Instead of original amount they say I owe another $18,473.34 at close. How can this be? Please help I have proof of payoff amount enclosed. Thank you, ***

      I have been receiving calls about a debt that was owed for a loan that I don't remember taking out. I have had 2 different companies calling me about this. One in which has called my family. I did start to pay them but then was thinking I don't remember getting a loan from this company. And marked them as fraud on my account. My bank is working to get it taken care of. But not sure I'll see the money I have already paid.
