    They are horrible. Claim they work with hardship but yet when u call them they say they can't work with you. Very rude! Say 1 thing then do another! Was told they would put a payment that I knew would not be available and add It to end of loan and they would not process pmt but yet they did and sent my bank account into negative. Also uses checks to get their money. I do not use checks, I only use card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENDER.

    I would rate ZERO stars if I could. While yes I was approved and received my money I've had no TWO issues with them in a span of a week. Last week, they charged me, the payment posted to my bank account and yet they emailed me stating I missed a payment. I reached out to them providing all necessary information showing I DID make a payment that was NOT returned to my account and yet they still deny this, state the payment was returned, marked me as past due and slapped me with late fees. Then this week for my payment instead of using the ACH automatic payment I consented to, they fraudulently CREATED a check on my behalf. I do not use checks, I have NEVER used checks, and yet my bank is showing me check images of a check with my account information and my name to Buffalo Lake that I did NOT create more consent to. I agreed ONLY ACH payments and Debit card payments, NOT CHECKS. And quite frankly the fact that these people can just make a check on my behalf is scary. Their employees are unhelpful and quite frankly rude and now I'm waiting for my bank to open tomorrow as today is a holiday so I can dispute this for fraud as I did not authorize this and never NEVER in my life have I used checks. At this point I feel like I need to close my entire long standing account to prevent these people from making checks in my name for whatever they want. This lender is NOT trustworthy, their employees are NOT trustworthy, and **************************** since they don't even count your payments as payments apparently and deny you paid them even when you have concrete proof, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

    If they had zero stars i would give that. Had a question about interest added on to my loan that was more then agreed upon, and was handed off to a supervisor who was yelling at me from the get go and was EXTREMELY RUDE! Take your business elsewhere it is not worth it!

    Horrible they should be put out of business. The customer service is horrible. They lie and then pass you off to someone else. I would never EVER get a loan through these FRAUDS!!!
