We arrived at the establishment, no one answered to the bell they provided. I had to yell 3 times, there was black mold in the fridge, the fridge did not work. the air conditioner that was mentioned would not cool the cabin, the pool was covered in a substance unidentifiable and unsafe for swimming, there was a hole next to the radiator, a basket covering a whole in the ceiling, there was a very strong smell, had a fridge and microwave that is not up to electrical code, microwave plugged into extension cord, interior wood not prottected from outside elements, butt splicing for ceiling light all the rules he posted were not on his website. i brought these concerns to the owner and he got in my face and yelled at me and raised his hands as if he was gonna hit me. I felt endanger for my life and those of my children it was an aweful experience. We honestly thought we had stumbled upon a great deal for our family for our vacation/tumbling national trip and we ended having to find a other place which we did not have the money for. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy
    Thank you for your time.

My family of three checked into this accommodation June 19th and checked out June 21st. Upon arrival I was asked for a $200 cleaning / damage deposit which I paid with my credit card, see a receipt attached. The owner and host ****** was very unfriendly and unhelpful during our stay but we respected his property and followed all of the guidelines to a T that are in the attached property guidelines. Upon departure we cleaned the entire two bedroom unit per directions posted in the accommodation and turned in our keys and left. I immediately received a text from ****** saying that I had not completed any of the cleaning responsibilities and he would not be refunding my deposit. He included via text a couple of pictures of lint and a piece of grass which I also attached. I pushed back saying I did, and he responded by calling me "a disgusting liar." I tried to get the $200 back through my credit card company with no luck. I think it is unethical and unfair for me to have to clean the accommodation and also pay a $200 cleaning deposit. I know the owner of the property won't be cooperative but I would appreciate help getting any of my deposit back.
