      A check was deposited from the sale of my home, with the check written by the attorney. It was deposited at BHFCU on *** **** ************ **** *****). Upon deposit by me I asked when funds would be available, understanding that certain amounts usually take longer. I was told funds would be available within a couple of hours or even the following day. I went in on Wednesday Sep 11, and was told by ***** * that yes the funds were showing. Upon asking to wire some of the funds to an account set up by my attorney, she said “she wasn’t comfortable because she had not done one like this” then said the funds were not available, but to call on Friday Seot 13, then to come in and someone would help send the transfer, because she would not be in the office. I called Friday morning and confirmed that yes the funds were available, so took time from work to drive to the bank. I was then told by the receptionist that my account had a flag on it, and I needed to speak with the branch manager. However he wouldn’t be back for yet another hour. I returned, met with him and was told that yes, the funds were available, but because “he didn’t recognize the entity receiving the funds, that he would not send them. Furthermore he stated that my finances picture appeared “staged”.
      I assured him he was completely wrong, but he still refused to send the wire. I stated that since the filings were available, that I wished to withdraw the amount I needed, to which he reluctantly agreed. That afternoon the exact amount of that check was placed on hold, which locked my account from being used at all. The next morning I drove to the main branch and spoke to a CSR who didn’t understand either, so got a supervisor involved. They discovered that many check, that had been confirmed twice with available funds, was “put on hold for potential fraud”. The timing is way too convenient, especially after 2 confirmations, plus the ability for me to withdraw funds under the BANK MANAGERS guidance and oversig

      Please see the attached letter.  This document has also been sent via physical mail.

      The member’s request for a wire transfer to an entity located outside of the United States
      prompted further review of the account and the recent check deposit in question. This resulted in
      a change of funds availability within the guidelines of Regulation CC. The reason the wire
      request prompted this review is that it included several factors we often see associated with
      situations involving our members potentially being a victim of a scam artist. It is our goal to
      protect our members from these situations, so we exercised our right to refuse the wire at the
      time of the request. BHFCU considers his matter to be closed. Please do not hesitate to contact
      BHFCU with any questions or concerns.

      I had un authorized transactions on my account on multiple times and get told that i need to contact the other company. I told them I tried and they said nothing we can do. Always charging for unapproved fees and transfers. I tried to get overdraft off but still get overcharged on my accounts.

      I have been in touch with ***** by phone.  I explained the reasons we could not dispute the transaction based on ****** guidelines for disputes.  Since he filed his complaint, he has been in touch with ****** and the situation has been resolved.  No further action required by BHFCU.

      Black Hills Has My Auto Loan and I’ve been Behind on which I understand they are trying to get payment but they are blanting lying they sent a letter to warn of repossession if the vehicle and their letter states they have tried to contact us several times and I have never received a call from them I’ve never blocked their number and I’ve received maybe 4 emails describing my current situation and saying they will help how they can by the skip a payment plan they offer and no response from them they called my wife on a Friday and told them to call me at 430 that same day and they never called me I know they call from a specific area code either from ******* or ******** and I’ve know that as long as I’ve been banking with them so I know I have not blocked that number and now they are Threatening to repo my car after they have been lying to me about contacting me I’m making payments but I don’t like the way they have handled this issue
