    I bought a car from them in April of 2022 and I've been literally fighting with them since to get my tags and plates! Their title manager Shasta has sent the paperwork in with whiteout on it! And it's been a battle to get them to fix it! And as of 09/15/22 I still don't have my license plates or tags and the dealers tags expired in May!! So I've gotten a ticket for my plates and I've emailed Joe the manager and he hasn't responded yet.

    The customer's name is Angie ******* based on our records. She did purchase a vehicle from us and at the time she did not finance the sales tax into her financing contract. In the State of ************ sales tax is NOT automatically financed into the payment. Angie was expecting a check for sales tax to be included with her paperwork. When it was not included she was upset with our dealership. There was some confusion with the paperwork, but the title clerk did correct in a timely manner. Due to the confusion with the sales tax and paperwork issue we paid Angie's sales tax of $********. We submitted the paperwork to the DMV in ***** and the vehicle was registered and plates issued 9/16/2022.

    For starters I wasn't informed that taxes weren't included nor was I given the option to include them. And as far as a timely manner that's completely false!! The title manager sent the paperwork a legal document with whiteout on it not once but twice and then told me that I could print out the paperwork and do it myself well that's NOT my job. And finally the paperwork was sent in without white out but she put the wrong vin number!! So once again I had to call the ****** County Tax office and they had to call the dealership to have it fixed!! And if you consider buying a car in April and just now getting the license plate in October is a timely manner then that explains a lot about the situation.

    We have paid for the customers sales tax owed on the vehicle, the vehicle has been licensed and taxes paid. We consider this matter closed. An employee made a clerical error on the original paperwork. This does not constitute a refund of the customer's purchase price.
