      I paid anual fee and never received credit from first premier bank credit card until today and have problems more than no credit they charge extra I feel like I gave first premier bank credit card company credit I spent $299.00 and only spend $200.00 nothing extra to pay this happen every month I'm over charged I only receive $274.00 amonth from my survivor benefits they have documentation from bank how much I received every month why so not fair to help

      My husband just paid his account in full on 3/15/23. He has had a good payment history with this company. On April 12th, May 15th & May 22nd he paid an $8 fee charge that’s assessed each month & I told him we’ll call and see if they could override the fee, due to payment history. The first person I spoke with asked for my husband’s name, the last 4 #’s of the acct. and the last 4 of his SS #. He was cleared and he verified I could speak in his behalf. We told the person everything and she said she would have to transfer us to someone who would be able to help us. The person I got on the phone with said my husband would have to verify himself again, she wanted the entire SS #, she wanted the entire CC # and also asked for him to recite his entire address and asked if he had a suffix at the end of his name. I found this to be far too much!! I told her from the start my husband had severe hearing loss and he could not hear anything she was saying, and I had to keep repeating to him what she said and he kept telling me she needed to speak with my husband…she kept saying this b/c she kept hearing my voice; but the reason she kept hearing my voice is that I had to keep telling him “loudly” what she was saying!!! I asked her about the fee being waived…she said no go. I asked to speak with a supervisor…she said she was the supervisor She was rude, & she totally neglected to understand that my husband was operating at a handicap, in that he could not hear her. I then proceeded to ask her for the “account closing date.” She kept saying she could close it today, after she had my husband fill out the form. I repeated again, “What is the account closing date.” She responded again in the same way. I finally said the closing date is when the cycle ends & the new bill is due to come out. She finally got it, and said June 12th. I told her we would think about whether we would keep the account open, after such a bad customer service experience. She closed the account! This is wrong!

      First Premier Bank lowered my available credit amount without proper notification. Then they charged me a bunch of fees to take me over that limit so they could call me and say I had to pay that whole amount plus the monthly fee. It is true I overlooked a couple of payments lately but I had called and had them change my due date for me. They are predatory against senior citizens and I will deal with my other two credit cards only from now on, and will be cutting this card up.

      I been a customer for years never have i ever had bad customer service until now the rep I spoke to last month told me an amount to Pay for the past due I paid it with her which was ** dollars but got reported to the credit nor did she explain any of this information to me that I was provide with today May the 3rd serval calls and no one understood why I was being reported, I called today spoke with Wes who even told me he didn’t know why I was report when I paid what was due on acct stated he looked at my statement and I made the correct payment.. He sent it over for review to get it corrected . Received a call back for him to say oh you missed a payment I spoke with reps who said I didn’t also they applied the extra payment to my other acct their system was having issues I called in to request that payment to be removed and applied correctly was told no.. if I’m two months behind the past due would have been *** I clearly asked for the past due amount and was told ** dollars.. which is on the rep who told me incorrect information so no I’m not taking a hit on my credit when I called in serval times and was told no one knew why and I was current no I’m not taking accountability for something your rep told me to pay which wasn’t the correct amount I need to pay. Your company doesn’t do what’s right for their customer your reps should be trained on how to read a customers account this is my credit not yours. This need to be fix asap it’s one thing if she would have given me the correct past due and I stated let’s pay an lower amount then fine but I clear as day said what the past due she said 80 my credit need to be fix asap., I will not recommend this company to anyone ( TG

      I reject this response**** the young lady told me an amount and I paid that amount I called when you reported me in January rep told me I should never been reported. Called last month and she told me the past due I need to pay which was one payment I’m not taking a hit on my cbr because your rep gave me the wrong amount.. once again you are not holding yourself accountable don’t send me no regular response.. period. When I spoke to someone a sup or what ever he wasn’t even sure why I reported this need to be fix asap I know my rights your rep gave an amount which is what I paid the call need to be pulled on my account

      My wife paid her $** fee and tried to put her pin on the card that was sent to her and her card was flagged. She tried to call the customer service number and asked for the fraud department and got nowhere so now we are without a credit card and the $** fee that was paid.

      FRAUD!. I received an email today stating I authorized the $95 activation fee by phone which I did not but they took the money directly from my checking account! Which I did not provide. All I did was apply for the card and once I saw the $95 fee I threw the card away. THIS IS STRAIGHT FRAUD. I will be reporting them to any federal authority that will listen.
