      Our payments have never been late however we suddenly received a bill with a minimum payment due for $700. We kept paying on it and got nowhere. We ended up calling them and made arrangements to pay three payments of $200. We paid one payment of $200 and the next payment was for $400 and still received a bill saying we owed $500. We called them again and the lady said if we paid $15.34 the card would be paid off so we did. The next month we received a bill for a minimum payment due of $35 with a total balance of $500. We called them again and they said that they hadn’t received any payments even though on the statement it shows our payments. Now they say we owe $300. We seriously don’t know what to do. Our bills have always been paid on time but we genuinely feel that this company is doing some shady stuff.

      I was sent to collections ( yes I know...super bad) and I made an arrangement with that collections agency. However, I noticed that First Premier keeps updating to my credit report that I am late so many days which has a delinquency on my account. My question is, if the debt is sold, then why are they still claiming it? It is hindering my progress and I am not happy. On top of that, they keep sending me pre approvals for additional credit cards! This seems predatory and I am reporting in hopes that no one else falls prey.

      If I could give this place negative stars I totally would. I closed my secured card well over 3 months ago and I have yet to receive my return check. They have sent it out several times and claimed that it has been returned. I have updated my address at least 3 times and they still managed to mess it up. Then when I called recently and attempted to update the address again they told me 30 days for an address change and then 7-10 weeks to process the check. It should be illegal to take this long to send someone their money. I rarely ever leave reviews but this time I feel it was warranted.

      I was with First Premier Bank Since 2009! 13 years and 10 months! I have perfect standing with them, and although it was a card that had a $500 limit I carried a $0 balance every month, I would get charged $7.06 and it went up to $8.07. I also would pay an annual fee of $48. Also, they have the highest interest rates on the market. This is why I stopped using their card. They ripped me off, and they are ripping every one of you off. Your best bet is to take the hit and close your card. It looks good at first, and it gets ugly quickly. Worst credit card company on the market! This is why I stopped using their card. Even though you have a good standing with them, you will get screwed. Open an account at your own risk.

      I love the customer service when I call Premiere but I want to share a major concern. There is no autopay option, which is unheard of in this day and age. A customer service representative told me they used to have it, but discontinued the option. Obviously it’s my responsibility to pay the bill, but it’s inconvenient when all my other bills have autopay. Additionally, the text alerts don’t have an option for s payment reminder- only when the payment posts. Please consider these options.

      One of the worst card ever they are so sinistered I've been with them since 2017 I never missed a payment in 2020 during the height of the epidemic that I did not send me the bill in time I was late for one payment they were quick to report it to the bureau it's wrecking havoc on my credits report as negative entity I have disputed that countless time and always First Premier Bank will override the dispute and update the status as negative only one payment I was ready to upload the picture of the credit report to show everyone that for the last 7 years I have not missed a payment everything is checked only for one month in 2020 and that was first premier bank's fault not my fault and yet they reported as negative entity and I refuse to remove it if this not Sinister Act or act of hate what is it then ?

      I had sign up for a card with a $500 credit limit. I received an email if I paid my $29 fee my account would be open., which I paid on 5/9/23.I kept checking the website and it always said pending. Last week I finally got a chance to call after a month of waiting for the card and I was told I was sent ant email requiring wage verification and I can upload a pay stub in the app. I did and waited for a response. Saturday I logged in, still pending. Today I logged in, account has been canceled or expired. I was told i was sent emails about the wage verification, I never did. I will be calling to have my $29 fee reimbursed.

      I thought this would be a great way to help my credit but it wasn’t. I paid the fees and first off when you receive the card the $300 limit is not available. They sent out a card with a bad chip and advised me that I could only purchase things online. So I did do that while waiting on my card. Til this day I have not received the card. They stated to me that they never sent the card because the account was past due. Lies when the account was current still never received it. Bad customer service as well. I do not recommend this card. I have closed the account and I will pay the balance off when I can.

      Keeps people in bondage with all the fees. I haven’t even used the card in 4months. The annual fee insane. If you see a costumer is not really using it or just paying on it. The fee should be reduced. For that I regret ever getting a card with you and will not promote you guys. Most people are trying to survive these days but you guys don’t seem to take that into consideration.
