RE: First PREMIER Bank credit card ending in ****
Dear Jose:
We are committed to correctly reporting account details to the consumer reporting agencies and we do not change or remove accurate information. We reviewed the account history and confirmed the information is accurate. The required credit reporting notice was provided on your first account statement.
This account was opened in June 2015 and charged off because of delinquency in April 2018. You recently made a settlement payment on this account. Please allow approximately 45 days for new information to update with the consumer reporting agencies.
We hope that you find this information helpful and understand our commitment to accuracy and fairness.
Sincerely,
Office of the President

the account is hurting my credit I need to remove from my credit report this account is paid for
Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/08/17) */
Dear Jose,
Charged-off accounts are normally removed from the credit report approximately seven years after the charge-off date, even if they have been settled.
We know this is not the outcome you want but hope you can understand our commitment to accurate credit reporting.

i want the account to be remove from my credit report
because this account is pay in full
Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2022/08/18) */
Dear Jose,
It would be unfair of us to delete your account from the consumer reporting agencies as it is important for your credit report to correctly reflect the history of your account.
The account will continue to report until the credit reporting timeframe is up, approximately seven years from the charge off date.

I checked my credit report and noticed I had late payments from FIRST PREMIER BANK. At the time, I was transitioning between jobs and going through an economic hardship. As you can see, I have made most of my payments on time so I am asking in goodwill faith for this one time to please remove these late payments from my account. I am trying to increase my score to qualify for a mortgage and I would greatly appreciate if you guys would forgive the late payments.Business Response

RE: First PREMIER Bank Credit Card Account ending in ****
Dear Alysha:
If we do not receive at least the minimum payment for two or more due dates in a row, an account reports as delinquent.
We do not remove accurate information from a credit report in goodwill. It is important for your credit report to correctly reflect the history of this account. This ensures fairness in the credit reporting system.
Your account is severely delinquent. The total minimum amount due is $****** by August 18.
There are options available to assist cardholders when they experience financial setbacks. Please call ************ for more information.
We know this is not the outcome you want; but hope you can understand our commitment to accurate credit reporting.

RE: First PREMIER Bank Credit Card account ending in ****
Dear Jasmine,
You stated that you asked for validation and deserve a proper investigation regarding how your account is reporting to the consumer reporting agencies.
First PREMIER Bank is the original creditor, and we are not required to provide verification of debt. The application was submitted by phone, and there is no signed contract available.
We received several disputes through the consumer reporting agencies regarding the reporting of the account and fraudulent application claims. Our responses were sent directly to them.
This account was opened in March 2014 and charged off in April 2016. Due to the time that has passed, First PREMIER Bank is requesting that the account be deleted by the consumer reporting agencies. Please allow up to 45 days for the update.
We hope this letter addresses your concerns.
Sincerely,
Office of the President
