Well I just experienced one whole year of paying every month with a home warranty *** and I filed a complaint in regards to the merchant premier bank card a Deborah *** a ********* Michelle *******. ************************************* Are used to speak highly of premier bank card there's starters for people rebounding of credit or don't have credit . For some reason companies today treat long-term clients and customers like ***** Very bad they should have fraud charges on not right with their customers very bad the Deborah *** was downright not sincere didn't care don't give a **** ********************** beware of them too *************** they'll take you for a ride I'm 62 years old and I didn't need this I am out close to $1000 did not get my appliances fixed had to pay out of pocket and all premier bank card said oh if you like we can close the account I said so this would not happen to me again sure close it and I'm done with you guys along with ********************** beware of all warranties and beware of premier bank cardPREMIER Bankcard

Hi no I don't know who's speaking to me it says submit a formal complaint with the BBB I have and it's been very frustrating I'm out $953.87 service has not been rendered by this company American home warranty such as your appliances plumbing electrical all I had was just refrigerator problem with a lightbulb they couldn't fix and also a wash machine they send out these unknowledgeable technician I said let them go back to school so they can finish up their degree. So true. What do they think all their customers have a big sticker on the forehead says I'm stupid.Review fromCara C

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I have credit protection and was supposed to be covered for 6 months. I filled out all the paperwork, had my ex employer fill it out, and I gave them proof I was enrolled with the state workforce center. I filled out the paperwork multiple times and was denied every single time. The most recent customer service agent said it was because someone made a mistake, but it still hasn't been resolved. The customer service agents have no idea what they are doing and I am so frustrated. I can not wait to pay off my cards and close these accounts! Do not ever get a credit card from this company! It is a huge joke and I do not recommend them to anyone!PREMIER Bankcard

My wife has a credit card with Premier Bank. She is disabled and recently lost her job, and she needs to cancel this credit card. As her husband, I have tried to contact Premier Bank to close the account, but they refuse to do this for her. She is unable to communicate and her short-term memory is failing rapidly. The employee of Premier Bankcard was extremely unhelpful and refused to give me assistance. I need to cancel this card immediately because she can no longer make they fees charged by Premier Bank. This is a extremely poorly-run company which I will never recommend to any person wishing a credit card. Please help me close this account.PREMIER Bankcard

This credit card does NOT work on any online platforms. They advertise it as anywhere ********** is accepted but that is a lie. *************, etc will not accept this card. I have relentlessly called First Premier customer service line where I've been automatically put on hold for several minutes and then disconnected. Not once, have I had an opportunity to speak with anyone. What is wrong with your company?PREMIER Bankcard

I cant connect to their website, it says its down for updates. They ask me to hang on to speak to a rep when I call, but then hang up the line. It says an unusually high volume of calls. I never recieved a statement last month, and the dispute form they tell me is on the back of the statement. I can't reach them in any way to make a payment or speak to them about my dispute.PREMIER Bankcard

Got the card after paying all the fees, declined a purchase of a **** college tee shirt, not near my limit. Once that was taken care of, took 2 business days , then I pay my bill off every paycheck and I get a 0 avaliable credit out.if the blue, when you call they all act dumbfounded, now they want me to send my debit card copy etc, never missed a payment, never had an issue on my end , they just cause issues to cause them. *************PREMIER Bankcard

FRAUD ALERT. There is a fraudulent credit inquiry by First Premier Bank. This is a hard inquiry that impacts my credit score. I didn't approve this inquiry and have no interest in this card or company. I have not been able to reach anyone who can resolve this matter and notify the credit bureau that it was false and have it removed from my record.PREMIER Bankcard

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Terrible customer service. Agents don't know what they are talking about and tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I needed them to send me a new Credit Card and asked if they can please expedite it because I had no other card and it was an emergency. They happily obliged and ensured I would have my new card in 2-3 business days max (I called on Monday 9/19). By Friday afternoon, I still have not received my card so I called back and spoke with 3 different people, including a supervisor. They all told me different stories about why my card was delayed and then the supervisor finally said it was just made that day and they did not sent out yet! She told me not to worry and assured me the card would be sent out that day and I would receive it on that coming Monday. She also said she would call on Saturday and give me the tracking number once it hits their system that (Friday) night. I was definitely frustrated because my weekend was ruined, but understand that sometimes things happen so I let it slide. Its Monday past 5pm now and I still haven't received the credit card and no tracking number for it either. I called customer service and got disconnected twice after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes each time. After finally getting through, the agent told me the card still has not been sent out yet!!! The agent said he had to connect me to a "specialist" to provide more information and we got disconnected AGAIN! I've been on the hold now for over 30 minutes and am writing this at the same time. If this is how this company handles emergencies, I would not want to see how they handle non-emergency/Day-to-day customer requests. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company for any of your financial needs. UPDATE: Its Tuesday afternoon (9/27) and I just got off the phone with a supervisor who said they ran out of materials and the card is still is production and hasnt been shipped out yet. This corporation FIRST PREMIER BANK claims theyissued me Personally a credit card and theyhave never nor have i ever applied for theircredit cards. They have left a financially damaging report to the consumer reporting agencies and willnot temove the damage claim. I have srnt 7 disputes with credit reporting agencies. I have called them twice Dont ever cal they will use the information you have them against you and u cant speak to anyone unless you verify yourself which they then use for their advantages. I have sent 4 cease and desist letters along with 3 conditional acceptance contracts giving them time to remove falsoe claim I was. Victim of identity theft which i reported to them theough the reporting agencies and by letter . They have dishonored my demand and have violated my rights They sold my information to. Third party without my handwritten consent nor verbale consent they claim a error, billing error not mine. Their are 9 usc statutes they have violated. I mafe 3 reports to cfpb and they say they know its me. Wrong. Wrong wrong. This is my last attempt for you to temove the flase claim . I have benied my Economic impact Disaster loan for my business because of this causing me to get denied fir my Grant. I repeat i eas denied for my EIDL GRANT OF $ 15,000.00 DOLLARS n SBA loan of , $ 65,000.00 i have sinced lost my business and they participated in me losing alot More than just money. I will seek remedy and cure along with punitive and stuatory dmagaes. Your a multimillion dollar corporation and you intended on hurting a fonsumer for 300 credit card you say you have me . You have 4 days to respond fro date this was issued. Plus the months I gave you to rove this. No more you havr my info , now remove the claim in four regular days including saturday and sunday as a calender day or you contractingly agree to pay me Jason Contreras ARR a Total sum of 1.7 million dollars give me power of attorney over all First Premiera Banks assets in order to recieve my rePREMIER Bankcard
