    I purchased a warranty with Patriot in May 2021 for $**** for my vehicle. Mid July 2022 I started contacting this company to start a claim which is the process. As of today i have not received any correspondence whatsoever and I've called at all hours of the night and weekend. When I do get someone on the phone they always take my information and see where I have been calling. It is very frustrating and this company was recommended by the car dealer at the time. At this point I am just trying to get a call back for the issue with my vehicle. However, given the rating for this company and reading all the complaints, it sounds like I made a bad choice and maybe get out of it what I can. If you can help me with speaking with someone who can start a claim it would greatly be appreciated.

    I paid $**** for 5 year extended warranty. I called them to get the claim of one of my broken parts. They never replied I was persistent and kept trying on 7th time after emailing almost 10 times I got hold of them but to no use because they said you get the repair done and we will reimburse you. However, that never happened. Their phones are always ringing but no one pick up and they never reply to emails. They said I will get the money in 2 days and now it has been 3 months and they play blame game and pretend that it's the first time they saw the issue . Don't get trapped by them.

    One 5/18/22, Policy #********* was cancelled and a new policy was issued #********* causing a $*** refund.. I am expecting a refund. #********* was taken out 12/11/20 and cancelled on 5/18/22. I was told a check was issued and have been expecting a refund since then. The person who helped me was Ralph *******, ************** ext ***.

    I have not received my refund.

    8/24/21-Purchased an Auto Warranty from Patriot Warranty for $********
    12/14/21-had an oil change on my vehicle, submitted an oil change reimbursement request from Patriot
    Followed up multiple times in Jan/Feb 2022 to see why the claim was not paid. Finally in March 2022, I requested to cancel the contract. After numerous attempts to call Patriot and several messages to call me back were left, I was finally able to reach the original Account Specialist, Jonathon ******* via phone. Mr. ******* said he would send me a specific form needed to cancel. I filled out the form, mailed to Patriot per the instructions on 4/26/2022. Patriot said it can take up to 60 days to get the refund. It has now been much longer than 60 days, no refund. When I call Patriot to inquire and press the # as a current customer, I am on hold so long I finally hang up. When I press the # as a new customer and try to explain what I need, I am transferred mid-sentence to another # and end up on hold so long I finally hang up. Contacting Patriot is nearly impossible, they do not return calls, do not answer when on hold, and refuse to refund any portion of my contract (per the contract). As I was drafting this complaint on 7/18/22, I attempted to call Mr. ******* one more time in hopes of resolving the issue without filing with the BBB. He actually answered his phone this time, and after another long hold, Mr. ******* said he will "expedite" a refund of $********, so I did not file with the BBB on this date. It is now 8/9/22 - still no refund. I have called Patriot numerous times again and told to leave a name/number and they would get a call back. This is how is usually goes, no return call. The customer service is so poor I am requesting a complete refund for the original amount paid of $******** as Patriot has paid no claims, have a complete lack of customer service, rarely respond to any inquiries and have taken hours and hours of my time to try and resolve this.
