I had gotten an extended warranty on my 2016 **************************** in April 2022 I think. I traded it for a new ****** and canceled it on March 2022. They said they would refund my money but haven't yet. I have tried to contact them and get a run around. Please help me with this matter.Initial Complaint

Since I had my *************. About extended warranty from Patriot warranty. A bike in the shop four times and they say they don't cover the part and labor. They said they don't cover that but I've been paying Patriot warranty. I'm trying to see if they give my money back a lot of money I've been paying them. Now when I call them Patriot warranty. It will not go through. But they're going to be a warranty place they should have somebody answer the phone but no answer. I get the answer service and they say they they told me they will have Patriot warranty call me back. but nothing when I call nobody answered not even answer service. What can I do about that. I purchased a Patriot Warranty for $******* through Jonathan ******* back in July 2020. In Feb. of 2021, I made a claim in which they turned down. They came up with some kind of story that they couldn't except my claim, and was instructed by Jonathan ******* that I should cancel my warranty for a refund. I did this and received a cancellation and release agreement from them on March 9th, 2021. It states that I would be paid within 60 days upon receiving required info which I provided. I have sent over 80 emails, with a few responses that tells me the check is on the way, and any time that I can reach them , Jonathan comes up with an excuse, like they have so many that it takes time. I have made over 100 phone call and only got through a dozen times or so, and Jonathan explains that it was held up in finance but will mail out the end of the month. That was 17 months of calling and emailing, and still nothing.Initial Complaint

Bought an extended warranty from Patriot Warranty for my 2018 ****** for $**** in full.
I have been trying to contact Patriot Warranty by phone and E-Mail. Nobody response. The phone on the website does not even work anymore.
I have repairs on the vehicle that need to get done but have no way to reach anybody at this company.

In October 2021 I became a client of patriot warranty for extended auto warranty. I then paid for November, December, January, February. My car went into the shop January 31 2022. Has been there since. My car needed a new transmission which is covered under my contract with them but they do not want to pay for it. Myself and ************ of ********* have been after them. I have since filed two complaints with the Attorney general's office. I cannot afford to pay that much money out of pocket. I need my car back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a warranty with Patriot in May 2021 for $**** for my vehicle. Mid July 2022 I started contacting this company to start a claim which is the process. As of today i have not received any correspondence whatsoever and I've called at all hours of the night and weekend. When I do get someone on the phone they always take my information and see where I have been calling. It is very frustrating and this company was recommended by the car dealer at the time. At this point I am just trying to get a call back for the issue with my vehicle. However, given the rating for this company and reading all the complaints, it sounds like I made a bad choice and maybe get out of it what I can. If you can help me with speaking with someone who can start a claim it would greatly be appreciated.
