    It is impossible to contact this **** company they don't answer the phone, or return emails. You are supposed to get pre approved before the work is done an impossible task when they won't answer your call to return your call. I have been trying to contact them for 4 days with no results. ***********

    I would give them a negative star if I could........paid in full and needed repairs 10 months later.....They never returned my calls....Thank god I didn't need roadside assistance....Stay away from these ***** people .........

    ****************************** I took out a 3-year warranty and only made one claim which was an air conditioning unit failure. When submitting a claim Patriot warranty would only cover a portion of the cost where I was initially led to believe it would cover it in its entirety. One year later I took my car in for routine service and the dealership service writer told me that Patriot warranty never paid them the small portion they promised to cover. I was further informed that when they tried calling Patriot they either received no answer or if answered they hung up on them.

    There are too many legitimate companies out there to choose from. Stay away from patriot!

    I have had a horrible experience with them. They had denied me a torque converter for not being current on maintained service. This is a 2014 ram 1500 with a 8-speed sealed transmission. Stalantis "ram" does not require service on this specific transmission. I have taken Patriot Warranty to court and have won my cause and they still refuse to pay up.

    TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!

    Never return calls, emails and nowhere to be found when needed!!! All they do is to keep sending you their invoice to pay. I reported them to BBB and my bank for fraud!!!!

    I have been calling and leaving messages and even sent numerous emails since May 2022 and up to this day, we are now in July, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS NOR ANSWER MY EMAILS. I tried calling them today, finally got hold of someone named MARCUS ****** he told me that I got the wrong # and hang up the phone. Meanwhile, it was Patriot Warranty on the greetings so yeah, BIG TIME FRAUDSTER!!!! Extension 703 and 720, both voicemail box of MARCUS ******!!!!
