    I paid for a elite coverage warranty package about $1200.. I called to put a claim in because unfortunately my AC went out!! I called on Monday got put on hold at 8:30 in the morning was on hold until noon and then got disconnected this company is a fraud """"stay away"""" **************************

    ******************** never return phone calls or emails.. had I'm car worked on and my mechanic told me that they said to use the cheapest part they can find to fix my car.

    ********************************************** i cancelled my warranty did all the paper work they required of me. then they did not refund any of the $1,200.00. they kept my money.

    Paid the down payment and was promised a contract would be mailed to me. Before the month was up I had emailed several times and tried to call at least 100 times. Never got ahold of anyone. They know which numbers not to answer after a sale. Scam artists 100%. I have emails and everything to prove I had a contract number. I ended up having to report them to fraud as they try to deduct payment still and never refunded the down payment.

    Worst Warrenty anyone can Have. Had Motorcycle Warrenty, had to fight for everything, and than they wouldn't Answer. It Sucks.

    I purchased this warranty 2 years ago and have used it once, during that time it took myself and the car dealership over a week to follow up on their policy and actually respond. After gathering every actionable request they made, they finally repaired my vehicle. NOW TWO YEARS LATER, same thing. My car has been sitting at the dealership waiting on their inspector and This time after the initial call by the dealership and myself they won't even answer the call after a week of calling. Spending $1500 on this warranty, mymadvice would be do not use this company. Tony

    I purchased a warranty from them, and I can never get InTouch with them. Im hold for over an hour at a time, then the phone hangs up. I was supposed to be reimbursed for my first oil change. been waiting since May. On the rare occasion they respond to my email or phone call they say it will be forwarded to the correct department. I am afraid I will never get my money back since they can't come thru with their promises. Im so upset thought I did my Reserarch but it must have been all thru them.

    ON JANUARY 2021 I APPLIED FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH PATRIOT WARRANTY, I SIGNED UP WITH THEM AND MY PAYMENTS WERE TAKEN MONTHLY TO PAY THEM OFF. NOW I NEED HELP WITH MY CAR AND ITS COVERED ON THE WARRANTY AND IVE BEEN CALLING THEM AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY. CALLS FROM ME OR MY DEALER. SO I STARTED TO INVESTIGATE AND I NOTICE THAT THEY NO LONGER SERVICE CALIFORNIA AND OF COURSE I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. NOW AM STUCK WITH A WARRANTY THAT IS NO GOOD IN CALIFORNIA AND THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW OR TO REIMBURSE ME MY COVERAGE. PLEASE HELP FOR NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE EXTENDED WARRANTY.

    DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY!!!!!! They never answered the phone. Not for you as the policy holder or the dealership when you need a repair. You will pay for the warranty monthly, but still have to repair for all repairs out of pocket. You also will not be able to cancel bc they never answer. I've been calling trying to cancel for over a year. I have left messages and emailed. Nothing. This company is a scam and others have filed a lawsuit. I'm definitely filing one. $60 per month for a warranty I can't use.
