      In February 2025, I purchased 2, 10 pound flats of strawberries from the Fruit Truck. They come in a cardboard box with little plastic green pints inside. I signed up ahead of time and they were advertised as 10 # flats for $30 each.
      After I picked up and went home, I thought the box looked way less full than the last time I had purchased them. So I weighed them, and they were 7.45 lbs of berries and 8.37 lbs. including the cardboard box! Plus they charged us $35 per flat when we got there. I texted them about the huge difference and they used an excuse that the pickers were evidently not giving them the right weights. I have texts from them asking me for photos of boxes and weights, cancelled checks in order for them to refund me. Nothing happened. I tried 3 times and each time got a runaround and they acted dumb as if they hadn't ever heard from me before. This is flat out false advertising and I am making sure the word of mouth gets out about their cheating ways. I also told them I was reporting them to BBB.

      I signed up for (2) 8 lb boxes of strawberries for $30 each. I went to purchase them and they said they didn't have that box size. They said they only had 12 lb boxes for $40 each. I bought one and went home. After I got home I weighed each pint. Each pint was averaging 11 ounces each x 12 pints. That came to around 8 lbs so I was lied to and shorted 4 lbs. That's criminal speaking from the customer.

      Terrible peaches! I feel these were the peaches that fell off the tree and were picked off the ground. 99% were so bruised and could not eat them. I emailed them but have not heard back.

      Bought 2 cases in Wichita KS. Worst peaches ever. Hard like baseballs. Complained on Facebook and they deleted the comment! Guess they don’t want anyone to know the peaches suck.

      Non-responsive company. They sold me a bad box of peaches that was clearly frozen or something and did not ripen properly. They were all rotted in less than a week. I tried to contact the company for a refund and they won’t even reply back at all. They’ve also sold bad cherries to my mother-in-law and myself. Never replied then either. They don’t let you look at the fruit prior to purchase. They are a really bad company.

      Last schedule in Watford City, ND my family and 30+ other cars waiting in the parking lot at 8am and they did not show at all!! There were no notifications stating it was canceled. It was hours later until costumers posted on their Facebook page to complain. All of the comments were deleted by the administrator.
      Yesterday, I received a text notification at 10:30 pm about the following day’s local deliveries.

      The lack of communication to customers and late text messages are professionally inappropriate.

      Bait and switch Bought a case of peaches they put a few good ones on top and the rest were woody like apples, hard as a rock. This place sucks!

      There customer service is crap, I bought rotton strawberries too was good and the entire bottom was rotton, I was told to send a email which I did. The relied they are busy and will get back to me. Several months past and no response. They also had no flavor, Walmart sells better strawberries! Careful when buy from them look at bottom and the entire box of any fruit prior to purchase because you will get absolutely no customer service!!! Terrible service.
