    I ordered a silencer 2 years ago in the amount @$***** and have not received it. Serial number *************. I have left 3 voicemails with 2 different company representatives and they have not responded. I was told initially there is @ a 6 month ATF background check, yet here I am 2 years later. I am just wanting a full refund and to alert the public and other businesses, so this type of fraud does not happen and continue to happen. In their voice messages, they tell me they cannot refund because the Serial number is issued to me and yet hold on to my money for 2 years.

    Our records indicate we spoke to Mr. **** the same day as this case was opened and were able to discuss the current wait, although unexpected, is due to us both waiting response from the ATF and FBI. Currently his application with the ATF is pending. We are on Mr. ****** side on this and cannot speed up the process as much as we want to help. The ATF is working their backlog as quickly yet accurately as they can and we expect Mr. **** should hopefully have a response from the ATF soon!

    I was told it could take 6 months from date of purchase to receive product, not 2 years of which I still have not received.

    We understand Mr. ***** frustration. Please know that the times we quoted Mr. **** during his purchase were real timeframes we were receiving and experiencing from the ATF at that time. As much as we want Mr. **** to be 100% satisfied and approved and out enjoying his product, we are both waiting on the ATF and Mr. **** and Silencer Central cannot control that aspect.     I ordered suppressors from the reps at the ** Gun Show in June 2021 and now 14 months later they have not refunded my money or sent anything after paying the tax stamps and waiting over a year for purchases.

    This company is a **** and they are **** and ******* towards the customer.

    I contacted the ATF and currently the status of Davids purchases are PENDING ATF and FBI approval. Our records indicate everything is handled between us and David and we are both waiting. Notes indicate we have been responsive to Davids request and although the wait is frustrating, we both wait for the ATF approval. I left David a personal detailed voicemail with this information and invited a callback if he had additional questions.

    I purchased two products in June 2021 and it's September 2022 and nothing has been delivered but a hard time getting a refund or an answer or help? I am seeking a refund.

    I spoke to David on September 7th in great detail regarding his wait with the ATF. At that time we ended the call on good terms and he agreed that waiting on the ATF was challenging but understood this is currently where we are at in his purchase. No other action taken by us at this time.

    I called today and left the customer another voicemail with my direct line to call. We had a 45 minute phone conversation on Sept 7th and the customer stated on that call his concerns were resolved as he knew he was waiting for ATF and FBI approval. The customers newest comments of stealing and not providing service are uncharacteristic of the phone call we had and my continued efforts to stay in contact with him. Our customer is waiting for the ATF and FBI to approve him. Our customer is welcomed to call us by phone or me directly, to discuss further. I consider this matter resolved.

    David, you have my direct line, I welcome a direct callback or calling our customer service line for assistance with any of your questions, we are here to help. Currently you are waiting on the ATF and FBI for the decision on your approval. We cannot control that timeframe but you are welcomed to call the ATF if you have concerns with them and their response times. As outlined in our call September 7th and my attempted calls to you 9.21.22, I have no further information but am willing to help. Waiting for approval is part of this process as outlined in our terms and conditions. Please reach out if we can discuss or help further.

    I purchased a suppressor from silencer central that was approved by the ATF in April 2022. Since the approval, it has been nothing but problems with silencer central. They denied ever getting the tax stamp after ATF sent it to them twice. I requested a duplicate copy and was told by silencer central that the documents I had wasn't what they needed. I confirmed with multiple agents with ATF that the documents I was giving silencer central were what they needed to process order. Only after sending a package with tracking information did they acknowledge they had the documents. A shipping label was created to send the suppressor to the *********** FFL on July 22. The suppressor never shipped and is now missing. A missing NFA item is not something that can just be fixed or a situation where silencer center can just send another since it's serialized equipment. I would like a full refund including the cost of the tax stamp so I can start this process over with a different company. I've ask to speak to managers multi times a day or days in a row. It's always an excuse as to why there's no manager available or that one will call me back or they don't answer. These people have perfected the art of dodging customers. After 16 months of waiting, I just want to cut ties with this company.

    As of 8/26, I have entered into an agreement with Silencer Central to make the issue right. The suppressor was lost and I did have my issues with the company, but I am reporting that Silencer Central has has made the situation right and there is no longer a need for a resolution. Thank you.
