My first (and possibly only) purchase from Silencer Central has been the slowest, clumsiest, and most inefficient NFA transfer I have gone through since the eForms system was created. After multiple mixups and glitches, including the wrong trust being entered into their system and a typo resulting in having to start the RPQ process over entirely, it took them just over a month to file my Form 4. The salesman who took my order over the phone made sure I knew that he was there to help me every step of the way, but he was largely unreachable once my credit card had been run. After a speedy ATF approval, I discovered that they don't even mail your CLEO notification until AFTER your form is approved. I am sitting here with an approved tax stamp, but the CLEO copy hasn't even reached my Sheriff's office yet. It would have been vastly faster and much less hassle to drive eight hours to the other side of Texas and buy a suppressor through my FFL buddy. They will have to come out something way more impressive than the suppressors they currently offer to justify my going through this nonsense a second time.Silencer Central

Outstanding service and people! I went down to a suppressor from Silencer Central because they are so close and offer a huge selection. I've heard many people talk about how good they are, and yesterday, I experienced this first hand. They walked me through every step of the process, explaining everything along the way and when I walked out a short time later, I was impressed. Now I'm just waiting for the approval and pick up of my suppressor.Silencer Central

First-time Customer, who’s experience was taken in by the simplicity of the whole process. I had a missed appointment but it was easily reschedule. I broke down and called about my application when I received an average time response for them, next thing you know my stuff was cleared and ready to ship. I try to intercept the package do to my unavailable and signature requirement. It was delivered without a signature or notice on my door. Per the Company a note has been made and they are changing over to FedEx as a shipping partner.Silencer Central
