    Paid $412.14 and have never received the items purchased. Company does not answer phone calls or emails. They have ripped off numerous people.

    On January 12th of 2023 I purchase items from the GGD-Store website. Total amount of the purchase was 620.19. At the time of purchase the Website listed that the items were temporarily backordered. A month after the purchase I set a message to customer support asking if they had an estimated ship date. the replay was 3 months. After 3 months set a message to customer support asking for a ship date. The reply was 2 months. in September (8 months after the order was placed) I messaged customer support again asking for a ship date. I did not receive a reply and the help ticket was closed without notice. I again messaged customer support in October and have not received a reply. The website shows that the items I have an order for have a 3 month back order. I don't know how there is a 3 month backorder when I have not received my order is over 10 months. I would like my complete order shipped or a complete refund.
