    Ordered a jig and tooling from them 2 years ago now for over $750.00 and never received my product. Called left message and sent emails with no communication. Straight up crooks!

    Purchased a jig and parts over a year ago. Never received anything, sent them emails asking about when I would receive the stuff I ordered. They responded they couldn’t provide with a time frame. These people are criminals and should be prosecuted

    Thieves. Stole almost $500 from and refuse to refund or send the universal jig that was paid for almost 2 years ago. These bums need to go to prison.

    I bought the ar15 universal jig back in July for $399 Never received it. They will not respond other than an automated email. Do NOT do business with GGD.

    Placed an order on March 3rd 2022 for a universal jig and kept telling me it would ship soon. Then when I asked for a refund I got no response. I have to contact the attorney General now and try to get a record of the transaction to dispute it on my discover card. There are other companies making universal jigs now that don't scam their customers. I would like a refund asap ggd store!

    Placed an order on May 27th 2023 for $411.30 was told the order would ship in 2 to 3 months. After three months I sent, several, e-mails GGD with no response. At this time I have requested a refund.

    Company is a scam. Ordered a jig. Got the run around for over a year. Contacted them for a refund. Got the run around by their customer service promising the check would be issued. Never received. AVOID.

    This company is a scam. I ordered a part in Jan 2022 and still have not yet received it as of June 2023. I've been emailing and calling for updates to no avail. Customer service is non existent. Now I can't cancel my order or get my money back.
