    Sometime in the last year, I went to Harley Davidson in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to get bars purchased from Harley Davidson installed on my bike. After the install, several issues had appeared, and were resolved. Since then, I have moved to Oklahoma for training for the army and was going to have my cruise control installed as soon as possible after arriving here. I went today, June 6, 2023 to have my cruise control installed on my bike when the service department notified me of an oil leak with my clutch cable. The leak was due to improper placement of the adjuster on my bike after my new bars were installed, I was unaware of the incorrect install until it was pointed out to me today. I have contacted Sioux Falls, Harley, Davidson and their service manager to try to rectify the situation but the service manager **** ***** was rude to me and standoffish with diamondback Harley Davidson in Lawton Oklahoma. I told him I have photographic evidence that the adjuster was placed low on a picture I had taken of my bike about a month after the install. I asked if he would like to receive the pictures to verify that it was installed incorrectly and he said it was not necessary because he did not believe me. I had to pay $222.28 today to fix the situation that was caused by JNL Harley Davidson mechanics. I would like to be back paid for the work that was done on my bike today regarding the clutch cable.
