      We bought a vehicle from them, met them halfway to pick it up. Once the driver got there the vehicle was filthy. It had not been cleaned, washed or gas put in it, along with an empty water bottle in the back and the mats thrown in the back of the vehicle. I did take pictures with the driver there and I did send them to our salesman Peyton. He says oh I made sure it was clean before it left here. I have tried numerous attempts to contact him, but he will never get back to me with an answer. I detailed the vehicle myself after we got it home. It took about 3 hours to do it. I had to wash it, vacuum it and wipe the entire inside down. This is actually the 3rd vehicle we have bought from them and have never had an issue with any of the other salesman. the driver (Gary) let us know this is a new salesman and he does not follow up with anything. I guarantee this will be the last one that I buy from them. All you have to do is get back with us with answers and we would be fine, but to straight avoid us with no answers that does not work for us.

      I bought a car from Billion that had a minor issue with a missing Heat Shield. I was told this would be fixed but it would take a few weeks to get the part in. So I purchased the car in good faith. The promise was broken and no order for the part was ever placed. I was lied to for over a year on the status of the part. When I contacted Management they did not fix the issue or take the complaint seriously. What they did was ask if I just wanted to yell at them which I took offense as I was talking in my common voice and tone.
      There was zero remorse or apology ever given. I decided to give them a second chance anyway with a brand new car from the factory. I told them what I wanted and asked for a quote. I was never given a quote for the vehicle I wanted and instead they made sure to give me models of the car that would be an upsell on their part. When they finally did give me details on a vehicle I asked for they did not give me a price at all. On top of my first experience with Billion my second experience was not much better as I was once again completely ignored by the sales staff and management.
      When I report a problem to management I do not actively seek an apology or want anything in return other than for them to take the issue seriously and make their company better as I am a former business owner myself. Every time I gave them a chance to do something better management and staff would double down and make sure I had a bad experience. Please look elsewhere if you want to buy a car to avoid frustration of being ignored and lied to.

      Customer purchased vehicle in March of 2020.  The head shield was ordered and was never installed after making at least 3 call attempts to do so.  In March of 2022 customer contacted dealer complaining that he had to replace his brakes and the broken promises.   Clearly that is a wear item that is not the responsibility of the dealer to fix for free.  In March of 2023 he unsubscribed from calls or emails from Billion.  We attempted to fix what was promised.
