      12/3/24 Twice upon making the appointment I confirmed with the technician I wanted my regular tires back. I told Todd I wanted the tires in the back of my vehicle after the snow tires were put on when I got there. While I was sitting in the lobby he came out to ask about alignment and I knew I didn't need it as I had just purchased the vehicle I even mentioned this, he would not stop talking about it, I declined at least three times. I left, 4:30 I came back. After the text notification to come back I started getting tons of random calls and messages on my phone about Honda recalls, roughly 10 within 20 min. I texted Todd and asked what was going on, Todds response was there were no open recalls for my vehicle, I asked about why I was getting calls about recalled Honda parts. I came in repeated myself and he again denied there was an issue. Another call came through and I put it on speaker phone in front of him and told him to say hello as he just sat there quietly and stared at my phone. It was another customer trying to call about a parts recall. He realized he accidentally transferred these calls to my phone. I left and I realized I did not have my regular tires in the back of my vehicle, I checked my invoice and there was a $20 tire disposal fee. I called service and no one answered, I called the front desk got put on hold and then went to voicemail. I called again and got hung up on after angrily asking where my tires were, I was very angry this time and probably made her nervous. I called again and told them I was coming back for my tires. I came in found Alan, I filled him in and he took my keys and got my tires while I waited. Had I not returned to the dealership for my tires which were a $700-$800 value, they would have been gone. Despite my attempts today 12/6 to contact Alan, my salesperson and having no one answer the front desk phone. No one has followed up on this. Please refund me for the eide care that I have not used so I can go elsewhere.

      I had a conversation with Juliette about her poor experience with us. We discussed a couple different options to make the situation better, and came to a good agreement. She did not get the experience she deserved, and we will do better next time.
