    We signed up for the pest control due to having mice in our basement, The young fellow who signed us up said they would find out where they were coming in and would plug the holes. They came out and put black boxes on each side of the house. We didn't hear from them again and continued having mice in the basement. I called on February 1st and asked why they hadn't been out to do anything about the problem and the person who answered the phone said they didn't come for all those months because we hadn't paid our bill. I told her we hadn't received a bill. After talking with her quite awhile, I told her to send me a bill and I would pay it and then I never wanted to hear from her or the company again. She said she would do that. A few days later we received a bill for $****** and I paid it. The next week we got a bill for over $***. and now have received several more bills. The last bill we received (dated February 9th) was for $****** for the months of July, August & September (the months she said they didn't come out because we owed them money). They have NOT kept their end of the bargain by contacting us after agreeing not to. This is obviously a company that scams customers. I can certainly see why they have a "D" rating.

    We had a door to door salesman come to our house and sell their product. My husband signed as he was told was allowing them to charge his card but in reality was signing him into an 18 month contract which he was never made aware of any of the detail of said contract. Then, we went through 2 treatments without any resolution of our bug problem so we called to cancel, thinking we could easily do so. After learning about a $*** fee we were never made aware of, supposedly a supervisor was talked to and we were told "we are going to stick you to this cancellation fee." Very unprofessionally. When we went to cancel, they charged us the $*** fee PLUS another $** for their monthly service fee which would have been charged on 9/1 IF we continued their service. Today is 8/30 so therefore the charge is completely uncalled for and unethical. Neither charge should have been done beings we were completely misled and misinformed by your salesman.
