    Oh where do I start. First off, deception right from the beginning. The two guys that were knocking on doors seemed very personable, but it was one promise, statement, claim after another. I called him out on each one of them, yet he rebutted with a logical reasoning for his statements (I felt it was good). I should have recognized what was going to happen, but I didn't. That day they did the first treatment, but couldn't get to the inside spray of the house. We had to call them a week later and they claimed they did that already. Nope they did not. Either way after several minutes arguing with the girl on the phone realized they did not do it. Surprise surprise. Now here is where the true deception comes in, I find out they have been charging my credit card for $50+ per month. I was okay with this as I was told they will be doing monthly treatments. Okay that seems to be the industry norm. But after a few months, it appeared to me that they were not doing the treatments. So to totally confirm, I installed a security system to record if anyone came onto my property. I wanted to make sure that I was certain about what I was feeling. Well it became evident to me after a couple of months they were not doing them, yet still billing my credit card. So I called them and they ended up coming out to do the treatment without dispute. Then last month, I got billed and didn't complain because I thought this might be billing in arrears. Well until I was billed today again. There is no way this treatment was done as I was home and the cameras never showed them stepping onto my property. I called their local number and the lady was extremely rude and I could not get one word in as she continued to cut me off. I yelled at her saying to just stop and let me talk. She said I do not have listen to you and then just hung up on me. I called back and no one would answer my call. Long story short, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. ********************************************
