NEVER rent from this company! They are trying to charge me $1,400 for flooring!! Upon departure of my move out the flooring was tearing up in multiple places across the apartment. How is that my responsibility? They chose the flooring. It's not my fault it's some cheap material that pulls up. I also called the billing department to dispute the chargers, and guess what? They don't even have a move out statement that is ready to discuss. Mind you, it's been 3 months since I departed. Like, what?? Come on. I asked the girl I talked to on the phone if it was my responsibility to send that statement to them, because you better believe, I've received it. She said- "you can if you want, because it will make the process move more quickly." ****! I told her it's not my responsibility to send it. They don't even have the records they need to discuss a resolution with me, but I continue to receive emails stating that I need to pay. Pathetic.
Also, no one picks up their dog poop. People don't even put trash on the dumpsters and I've had to call 911 on multiple occasions due to tenants that live there that should not be. It is not a drug free and crime free community. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to rent from this company. HIGHLY UNETHICAL!
