My home is located behind twin homes owned by this company. From day one it has been nothing but trouble with this company. I received a notice they built their first townhome too close to the property line. I asked for them to split the cost of a fence because of this and never got a response. The fence would resolve some of the problems I am having.
      1. Snow maintenance plows their sidewalk into my property and leaves a mess. Then they turn their big units around in my yard and destroy the grass. This has been going on for years. I take a lot of pride in my yard and It takes me all summer to fix their damage.
      2. Their yard maintenance crew drives their heavy equipment across my yard to avoid a tenant dog fence. They have severely damaged the grass and sprinkler heads. The fence would resolve this.
I have tried to get in touch with these people and have had no success. I’m hoping this will resolve my issues before taking legal action.

I am trying to break my lease with my current apartment. I have spoke several times with the property manager, Rhonda. She said I will get my full deposit back if she is able to get someone to takeover my lease. I have sent out many messages *** ******** to get this property looked at. She said she was willing to help me but when asked about any potential renters she said she has not had anyone interested. But I have several screen shots from different people saying they have been sent applications but Rhonda has told them it was either spoken for or others have applications out for it. I also have screen shots of others that say they have tried to call, text, and email Rhonda with no response. I understand that this is my contract and I need to withhold it but I was also told that she would help get it lease before September. She is blatantly lying to potential renters.

I am in contact with Kristen. I’m helping her get out of her lease early  by getting a new tenant in there. Again she is in a legal binding contract.  An application is pending for her unit. Thank you!

I signed a one-year lease at ************, ********************, *************, ***********, ********, that began on 11/1/21. While living at ************ I was the Landlord, Rhonda's, show apartment and my apartment was also featured on ************* as the one-bedroom virtual tour for ************. Due to continuous unresolved noise complaints against the tenant above me as well as the condition of the building, I found another place to live and notified Rhonda on 6/15 that I would be moving out. She notified me that she had re-rented my apartment on 6/24 and they would be moving in on 7/11. On 6/30, we agreed on the 10 days of pro-rated rent for July and she informed me of the $** carpet cleaning fee. On 7/6, she acknowledged that she had no doubt my apartment would be clean when I moved out. I physically moved out on 7/7 and notified Rhonda of my new address on 7/10. Rhonda knew how clean my apartment was and acknowledged that she was sure it would be spotless on 7/9 after I informed her I was done cleaning.
No further communication until 8/5. I texted Rhonda and asked when I could expect my deposit refund. She informed me that "she has till the 15th to send them out but I got them done early so I'm hoping she'll send them out sooner than that". I replied that I had been expecting it within 30 days. On 8/19, I texted her again to inform her I still had not received the deposit and asked her to verify that it was sent to the correct address. She informed me she would check and that the accountant had been out for about a week. On 8/22, I texted Rhonda and said I needed an answer about my deposit refund and that ** codified law states they had 14 days to return my deposit less carpet cleaning fees. Rhonda replied that she had emailed my concerns. On 8/23, I restated the law and that it does not differentiate between those that break their lease and those that don't. She stated she was sure that "she" had sent it and that I would get it within the next day or two.

I informed Rhonda ***** via text on August 24th that I had filed a complaint with the BBB and ** Office of Attny General. A few hours later she sent me a screen shot of a message she received from the accountant, Faye ********, that a check was being sent. I received the check on August 27th.
Although this situation has finally been resolved, I am extremely displeased with how long it took to receive my deposit refund and the efforts it took on my part to receive it.
Rhonda ***** informed me that the accountant had until August 15th to return my deposit, which was 35 days after my new obligation date ended. This is a blatant violation of **CL, as far as I can discern, which states they had 14 days since there were no damages or repairs that needed to be made. They were even late returning the deposit by their own timeline.
This company had been in business a long time and should be well aware of the law. Furthermore, residents should not have to fight to receive their refund.
