      Pros: The townhomes are aesthetically pleasing, boasting a great backyard and a tranquil environment. The inclusion of ceiling fans in some rooms, a spacious garage, a flat-top stove, and ample storage contribute to the overall appeal.
      Cons: Management Company: The manager, Rhonda Scott, is unresponsive and hard to reach, with a perpetually full voicemail box.
      Tenant Concerns: Despite expressing concerns about cigarette smoke from previous neighbors and being assured of resolution, the issue persisted. Attempts to address the strong odor in the back room with an ozone machine proved ineffective.
      Maintenance Issues: The maintenance team, managed by the same person across all properties, displays a lack of efficiency. Delays in resolving issues, coupled with a lack of organization, necessitated constant follow-ups from tenants.
      Communication: Post-lease signing, communication with the management becomes challenging. Voicemails go unanswered, and obtaining responses to emails requires persistent effort.
      Lease: Rent was increased mid lease “for the first time” per Rhonda
      Snow Removal: Inadequate snow removal practices led to safety hazards on sidewalks and driveways, potentially posing liability issues for tenants. Despite damage caused by snow entering the garage, obtaining approval for repairs was a prolonged process.
      Quality of Repairs: Quick, cheap fixes were evident, resulting in recurring maintenance issues and items breaking frequently.
      Deposit Issues: Despite encountering carpet-related problems and complaints, the management charged for both carpet cleaning and a cleaning fee upon move-out. Only a delayed payment error led to the return of the entire deposit.
      In summary, while the townhomes themselves may be appealing, the management company's inefficiencies and disregard for tenant concerns present significant drawbacks. Prospective tenants should carefully weigh the advantages and disadvantages before entering into a lease agreement.
