Such a great experience purchasing my first property with WILCO LAND CO. I can say enough about how helpful and patient everyone was in helping me understand the process. They have so many resources available for a new buyer like me that they make it seem less. I did my own research on the property I was purchasing, but they also provide direct links to maps, the city or county where the properties are located, links to specific departments that I didn’t know I needed to check. Wilco Land had reached out to us regarding bare ground we own. In negotiations, it was decided that this particular piece of ground did not meet their criteria. We proposed another piece of bare ground. Discussions were had, a value satisfactory to all made, and a happy conclusion for all, I believe. They were fair, professional, polite and upfront. We would highly recommend them for any land transactions one might have in mind.
