I recently purchased riverfront property in northern Minnesota from Wilco. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Wilco Land team. Everything went incredibly smooth. I worked with Josh most of the time but also Neri and Miles as well. The entire team was professional. Needless to say my family is very excited about getting up north this summer to do some fishing in the Mississippi river. I would recommend Wilco to first time land buyers.

I did not read the reviews before selling my Land. I do not know what changed from a year ago, but I had a good experience selling my property to Wilco Land. I have gotten mailers before for my land, however, every-time I called the number, no one answered or called me back. Wilco Land has someone that you are able to contact and picks up when you call. They have a friendly staff from the front desk to the end of selling. They made it easy. Thank you Wilco.Wilco Land
