    I just discovered this company 5 days ago and I am so happy I did! I have already received two of my pieces and I love them. I love the percent off codes and the rewards program. I wish I would have found this website a long time ago because I am a collector of Department 56. Excellent customer service!!!

    NEVER, AND I REPEAT NEVER BY FROM THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS, AND JUANITA IS THE RUDEST PERSON TO SPEAK TO BLAMES ERRORS ON THEIR BEHALF ON THE CUSTOMER. IF I COULD GIVE THE RATING A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD. NEVER PRE-ORDER YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEM TILL MONTHS LATER AFTER LAUNCH, AND HOPEFULLY YOUR ITEMS COME NON-BROKEN AND PROPERLY BUILT, AS THEY SHOULD. COMPANY COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMER ON HOW THEY ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, AND HOW THEY CAN NOT WORK TO PROCESS A REPLACEMENT, HOWEVER; EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY SHIPPING COST, RETURN ITEM, AND THEN STILL NOT GET A REPLACEMENT/REFUND ON RETURNED ITEM BUT, EXCEPT THEM TO PAY 50% OF RETAIL VALUE MORE FOR A NEW ITEM WOW! I WOULD NEVER OPERATE A SMALL BUSINESS, OR ANY BUSINESS IN THAT MATTER!

    I have ordered from countrynmore for several years and have never had any issues with them. In 2021, Dept 56 had production and fulfillment issues which delayed delivery of some pieces. I have received every piece I've ever ordered from them and understand that if something is on preorder, I will have to wait until it comes in. I calendar when the items should arrive and check back. If website says the item is in, I kindly send email with question on eta and Juanita will get back to me every single time. I don't understand these negative reviews. Also, they give fantastic discounts that no other dealer will do. So it's worth the wait for me and I believe some of the delays sometimes is because they are very busy because everyone else wants these discounts too. Be kind, get kind.
