      I purchased five pawpaw trees on 9/11/24 for $55.99 that were shipped for fall planting and delivered 11/1/24. I followed package instructions for planting and these trees are native to my region. After waiting through spring of 2025, none of the trees sprouted leaves or grew at all. I contacted the company via email on 6/24/24 and was denied a replacement or refund.

      I ordered 2 red burning bushes from TN Nursery on line. It was buy one get one free.
      So a box finally arrived with one yellow bush only not 2 red ones.
      This started 8+phone calls and e mails.
      Several times they were going to over night the bushes but they never came so I finally gave up but I’m still upset
      I give them the lowest rating please help

      I’m shocked about this business model for TN Nursery. I bought 4 red twig dogwoods and received the bare root plants. I planted them as instructed within 2 days. After 2 months, only one of them has started to grow and it’s from the roots - not the bare branches. The plants arrived in good condition and quickly received once shipped and the packaging was not damaged. I called the company today, 6/20/2025, and was told that they do not guarantee their plants to grow at all. Wow!!!! Even the box stores guarantee their plants for one season. I had thought TN Nursery was a reputable company and am perplexed by this. I’ve asked to speak to their management and hope to get this resolved. After I had ordered, I found a local nursery that would have been the same cost.

      This company sucks. I purchased $120 WORTH OF TREES/SHRUBS on 3/26 with the communicated delivery date of April. I first thought that might be early because it is cold in April. As of May 6, no delivery and I send them an email. The response indicated was they would deliver in the next 10 business days. I get a partial deliver of DEAD items around June 10th. I have demanded a refund and I hear crickets. I am a loser thinking I could trust this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DEAD MATERIALS SENT.

      On May 29, 2025 I ordered a set of 10 hummingbird plants from TN Nursery. In the online listing of the 10 plants it list Lily of the valley, cardinal flower, Virginia blue bells, and purple cone flower. I was so excited to get these plants and put them in my perineal garden. I received my plants on June 9th and immediately contacted the company via email on the 10th. They were not excepting voicemails. I received 5 milkweed plants and 5 trumpet vines. This is not what I ordered! I don't need or want 5 trumpet vines. I am in a cluster home with a small yard. I want the plants that were advertised. My email response was, "We can't guarantee how the warehouse fills the collection." The humming bird 10 plant collection doesn't say plants received are up to the warehouse discretions. It says, "TN Nursery's team of experts handpicks the ten hummingbird plants included in this collection. They're varied enough to provide a unique, enjoyable growing experience that will lure in more pollinators." 5 milkweed and 5 trumpet vines are not "variety" of plants that will provide me an unique, enjoyable growing season. If I would have known I would have been sent these plants, I would have purchased the plants listed individually. I will return the 4 trumpet vines and milk weed (8 total) in exchange for 3 Lily of the valley, 3 cardinal flowers and 2 Virginia blue bells. The plants that were advertised.

      I purchased an order of bamboo plants on or around April the 4th. It is now June the 9th and I have no updates as to when I will receive my order. I called in early May and was told my order would be shipped within a few weeks and received nothing. I then emailed around the end of May and got no response. I tried calling again but they are not answering their phone due to the busy season. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and am not getting any response.
      They got the money but I have no product. I do not want to wait until the next shipping cycle in November. I ordered it for this Spring shipping cycle.I just want my money refunded. I do not have the order number but do have my Credit Card transaction with the name of the business and the banking transaction number.

      I ordered plants from them as they state a 1 year guarantee. Plants arrived dead or died shortly after planting. I followed the procedure listed on their website for getting replacements more than once, and each time I get a form response telling me to do exactly what I just did. Calling the provided number does not connect me to a live person - the phone disconnects if you select a live person.

      I received my order and the order was dead. I messaged and told the company and was told to take pictures and send them in. I did that. After a few days, I threw the dead plants away. The company said my pictures weren’t what they needed so they couldn’t replace. At this point, I don’t want any plants from them but would like a full refund.

      I ordered 5 bare root corkscrew willow trees from this nursery on April 5, 2025. They were delivered April 30, 2025, they were not as advertised and the trees (not even sure I would call them that, no branches very little root system). All five trees were planted within the instructed time in packaging. These trees all turned black within the first week of planting. I feel like I was duped.

      Orders Order #********** Confirmed Dec 28, 2024, I bought 8 trees from this company on Dec, 28 2024. I have still to the date of this complaint, not received the trees. I have had many emails with this company saying they would ship soon. The original date was April, 2025. Still no trees. I asked to cancel and they declined to cancel or refund my money saying the trees were dug. This was also in april. They do not respond to my emails and do not answer their phones.
