      I filed a claim with this company in regards to possibly hitting a water line located at my home back in the beginning of August. I provided pictures of the damage and made calls to this company weekly. Please keep in mind I never said they were solely responsible for this incident but all parties involved **** and ******* Plumbing said Deviney would be the ones responsible for this damage. One of Deviney representatives came out to my home on yesterday Oct 16, 2024 over 60 days after the incident occured. Over 60 days has passed rain has occurred and the weather has changed I can barely locate where the incident took place now myself. On my Ring footage the representative didn't even look for where the incident occurred. I am simply trying to settle a mere $1800 claim. This water line broke when there crew was in the area doing work. I had no water line issue up until this point. This company also agreed to provide sod for the damage that occurred to my lawn. It has been over 60 days they still have not replaced the sod.
