5 starsI recently had a handicap-accessible addition built onto my home, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completed much faster than I expected they started in January and wrapped up by April.The communication throughout the project was excellent. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone was always quick to respond and willing to help. That level of attentiveness and respect really stood out to ****** of my favorite parts of the new addition is the porch lounge area just outside my bedroom door. Its peaceful, accessible, and perfectly placed with both an outdoor entrance and a door connecting to the living room. Another small but meaningful detail I appreciate is the shelf behind the toilet. At first, I didnt understand why there was so much space there but once the shelf was added, it made complete sense and turned out to be one of my favorite features.Thank you to the entire team for your great work and for making this transition not just functional, but enjoyable. 5 starsMetro Builders recently completed a job at our home. ******************* was the Project Manager for a major renovation project we had to do due to a leak in the wall between our kitchen and master bedroom. The job entailed cabinet replacement, electrical work, counter top replacement, and plumbing. Not only did *** manage the project, but he also did several jobs himself. Metro Builders completed the repairs to my home after a pipe froze and burst in my guest bathroom in January, 2024. They and their subcontractors were professional, responsive and went above and beyond to provide superior repairs in a timely fashion. Metro Builders completed the addition on my home that was started before the pandemic by another contractor. Metro Builders came to my home, accessed the situation, gave their estimate of cost and completion date. They were reasonable, professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. We recently had the pleasure of working with Metro Builders. Having your home damaged is very stressful and frustrating, but when you choose the right contractor that stress changes to ease and the frustration lessens. We could not say enough good things about Metro Builders. They helped us with every step in understanding what was being done and why. Communication was easy and thorough. In the end the job was completed and done extremely well. We were way more than satisfied with our experience and will with no doubt use them in the future!
