I was referred to Metro Builders while looking for a roofer. I met with *****, who walked me through every step of the replacement process. He was always available to answer any questions and was forthcoming with any changes that were required. This is the only company that I will be using for home renovations in the future. The level of professionalism and quality of work is unmatched. As a young, woman homeowner, one of my concerns was being taken advantage of by contractors but I felt comfortable from the very first meeting and throughout entire process. I can not say enough good things about my experience.

The new roofs on our 9 buildings look great & the work was done in such a amazing & clean efficient manner, Metro Builders were just so accommodating in every way during the project, so nice to work with a contractor that is so professional & honest that take such pride in their work & put the customer first, the total price was the best bid we received from 3 companysMetro Builders, Inc.

I am extremely happy with my new roof. From the initiation of the claim to completing the work, Metro Builders worked with me through the process (helped file claim, assisted with the multitude of issues with desk adjuster, including a walk through with an independent engineer) and did a fantastic job. They identified work needed both inside and out.My roof claim was initially denied by my insurance carrier. Metro Builders stuck by me while working through a very frustrating process.I am extremely satisfied with their great, quality workmanship on the roof replacement but also with their ability to identify and replace the rotted wood (facia) around the exterior of my home. Metro Builders repaired the metal roof on my shed. They responded the next day after my initial call with an estimate team. After my approval, work was performed in a matter of days as promised. The gentlemen involved were prompt, courteous, and did a professional job. Also did a follow-up call to check on my satisfaction with the results. Metro Builders replaced our roof in September 2023, and did an excellent job! The senior management staff is exceptionalthey treated my roof repair as if it was their own! I have a rambling old two-storey house, partly brick but with a mostly clapboard exterior, and lots of windows with shutters. I had obvious visible very extensive rot in the clapboard and on some of the shutters. The amount of work needed was gigantic and required a lot of carpentry to replace the rot; then everything had to be newly painted. The work was done with great skill, omitting nothing. The two young people executing the job had to deal with intense summer heat and crazy rain storms interrupting everything, Despite that, the job was done so well I really was amazed. The result is great-looking, a total renewal of an old house. I have gotten rave reviews from the neighbors! For $20K, I say it was a bargain. My highest recommendation of Metro Builders.************Metro Builders, Inc.
